My training experience at NAC was truly exceptional. Initially I hesitated due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but after completing the 2-week intensive course, I can confidently affirm that every praise is well deserved. Lee Robinson, our enthusiastic instructor, made learning a joy. No question was dismissed as trivial, I asked well over 150 questions, and each time, he patiently provided thorough explanations. Despite starting with basic knowledge, I now possess a profound understanding of my appliances, surpassing even my wife's awareness. The course was not only educational but also enjoyable – I often found myself laughing as we explored new appliances. Very intensive course that explains the inner workings of white goods from cookers to microwaves. Each aspect from electrical safety to the repair of faulty goods was excellently explained in an easy and simple way to understand. Thoroughly happy with the training I received in appliance repair, from NAC, and especially, from Lee, the course instructor. I have already put what I have learnt on the course into practical use, and so, I would most definitely say that the course is well worth it, as, it has provided me with, both, the practical and theoretical knowledge, along with the confidence, to pursue a career in this line of work.

I Learned lots on the 10 day course. Lee was very knowledgeable on both technical and real life applications, no question was a problem. The course was well paced and balanced between classroom and hands on. Would recommend to anyone thinking of starting on white goods.

Absolutely excellent standard of training, engaging and comprehensive - fun, aswell! I highly recommend training with Lee in person, there are so many small details and tips shared along the way, and the opportunity to ask questions about absolutely anything enhances the learning massively. Great mix of thorough theory and practical hands-on, can't recommend highly enough.

Superior Level Training Given By Experts Expert Knowledge, Professional Delivery, Premier Level Training, Best in the UK This is a 2 week intensive course but the depth and level of the training is comprehensive and the amount of knowledge gained from a theory and practical level is outstanding. Everything is covered on the appliances from the machine component, electrical, mechanical, safety, fault and fix, theory and practical. My trainer is Lee. I can truthfully say he is an expert level engineer and tutor. I myself have been a software engineer, solar roofing engineer and an ATM/EPOS engineer. In my time ive had many teachers, tutors, lectures, specialists, professionals from all over the World. Lee is probably 1 of the best and expert tutors i have been taught by ever. His level and depth of knowledge and ability to simplify is incredible. He also has an absolute professional delivery manner in which he manages to get everyone in the class involved and to a set level of knowledge and understanding so non of the class are lagging behind or out of their depth. Lastly the 'pro tips & hints' you learn about in the class discussions and the practical groups are priceless and cant just be learnt on the internet but only gained in real world training class amongst fellow engineers which is just a huge added bonus given as part of the training course. This 10-days course has been an excellent resource from which I've gleaned a wealth of knowledge. Although there is a steep learning curve, the instructor Lee is extremely well-informed and supportive. This course was expertly organised, and its rigour allows you to study at the breakneck speed necessary for the job. Lee was very well-versed in his subject matter, had much real-world experience, and was eager to help his students improve their skills. My questions or queries have been treated greatly by him. Every interaction I've had with other fellows has been professional and friendly. All had an excellent time. The training was fantastic, and the instructor was open and generous with his knowledge. Those curious about domestic appliance courses for the first time or even want to enhance existing skills should read this. In short, Excellent course led by excellent individuals. Great course, Lee is a very good teacher Definitely worth it

Very well thought out training website for people interested in white goods repair and services. I would suggest completing the Basic electrical testing first then move on to the appliance courses. But only if you have experience with appliances if not go to the training centre and get hands on training.

Really great course for beginners and for people who are experienced in the field, Lee paces the course perfectly and thoroughly explained things throughout and was more than happy to go back over things you found confusing, overall would recommend to anybody interested in the trade!
