Excellent teaching, Very informative and patient, removed any concerns/nerves I had when going into the corse. Fantastic 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Arrived having no knowledge whatsoever in regards to white goods and their maintenance/repairs, somewhat nervous yet excited to learn something new. Our instructor Lee Robinson was great at delivering the course content thanks to his ability to teach, his knowledge is broad and you can see that the moment he starts explaining each and every component/appliance. Overall a great experience at a great training centre and most certainly worth the time and money, would highly recommend!

Awesome training course!! The deliverance provided by the trainer was to a very high standard. Being the only female on the course, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to lift and move the larger items but Lee then reassured me with different methods and techniques this was achievable. He made it easy for you to take in all the information and helped the group individually when needed. Would highly recommend to any company or individuals that are looking to set up on their own☺️

Very thorough course content structured in a professional training portal of high quality material. Course is well paced and well tutored by Lee Robinson who is excellent, a font of real world knowledge and also a highly competent teacher. I learnt a tremendous amount in a very condensed time, from theoretical / fundamental electrics through to practical experience stripping down appliances and re-assembling. More hands-on would be useful, particularly fault finding and rectification exercises. Overall a very worthwhile experience if you are interested in appliance repair.

Recently completed a 6 week course covering the whole of White Goods. Being a complete novice in White Goods and appliance repair; this has given me a great foundation of knowledge for me to build on in the coming years. Great support from Lee, the trainer and a well equipped workshop to get hands on with machines. Would highly recommend.

Our sessions were delivered to us in a very professional manner. The venue is kept tidy and presentable and there’s an emphasis on safety when getting hands on with the machines which is reassuring

Training was great and followed through a step by step process. A positive and motivating atmosphere which pushes you to thrive and the trainers always support you through your journey. I would highly recommend NAC for anyone new to the sector.

This course has helped me get a full and solid understanding of the mechanical and theoretical ins and outs of appliances. The trainer, Lee, was more than accommodating to help make sure everyone was getting to grips with the more than long and arduous process of the theory side to understanding appliances. Over all the experience has been well worth the the journey, and I’d highly recommend sending other colleagues along for the training they provid.

Great service provided by NAC and trainer Lee. Over the course gained a great amount of extensive knowledge on all kinds of domestic appliances , both detailed breakdowns of how they work including individual component functionality as well as fault diagnosis and testing. All of this was done in an excellent working and learning environment with a good mix of theory in the classroom and practical work on various appliances in the workshop.

Have been sent on 10 day foundation course through my company to expand knowledge, whilst learning new segments of the appliance repair industry. Lee (Training Manager) was absolutely amazing and explaining every process to each appliance out there in the field. If anyone is wanting to know about appliance repairs, whether it's at a beginner stage or with some form experience, there is always room for learning. Brilliant course. Many thanks, Dave.

I have spent a total of 6 weeks at the NAC training centre learning how to repair UK White Good Appliances, throughout this time our teacher, Lee Robinson, has been an excellent and very knowledgeable teacher. He has been able to make a completely new skill very understandable and achievable. Without Lee’s expertise and help I would not be leaving this training a confident engineer.
