Lee was an incredible trainer, his knowledge and pure passion for this industry speaks volumes for the trade, you can ask him anything and everything to do with appliances and he’s always got a solid correct answer, what a great guy to learn from! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to get into the appliance repair industry!

It is a fantastic course and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a good head start and a deep in-site into the industry. Lee is a great teacher and delivers the information in an understandable and easy to process way.

I finished my training at NAC in kitchen appliances last week. And despite being a complete newbie, the quality of teaching and resources provided exceeded all my expectations. You'll gain lifelong access to online resources that you won't find anywhere else, and they are always being updated. The team at NAC are all experienced white goods engineers and with trainers like Lee who cares about safe working and quality workmanship you know you're in good hands. I am absolutely certain anyone who comes to NAC with the will to learn and get hands on will be grateful for the immense resource this centre has to offer. Definitely looking forward to coming back in the future to undertake additional training.

The course was very well set out easy to follow. You walk away with an in-depth understanding of theory and practical experience to build up and onwards from. The overall package is delivered so we'll with Lee's onsite experiences and the tricks of the trade that only comes with fully understanding your trade. The teaching skills were exceptional, Lee understud his audience and delivered the course perfectly. I don't believe anyone left the room scratching there heads. Overall it was a pleasure to be part of the class room experience and Lee set the mood perfectly as well as a great set of guys that attended.

Having recently retired from teaching, I felt that it would be good to learn new skills that could possibly lead to some part time employment. The NAC appliance repair training course that I took was fantastic. I learnt so much. The instructor, Lee, was absolutely brilliant. His depth of knowledge was, quite frankly, staggering. The resources he had made were superb, and his explanations of how the appliances and components work together with fault-finding techniques and repair methods, were absolutely first class. As a head of department for many years, I have observed and appraised hundreds of teachers, and I can say without reservation, that Lee is right up there with the best of them.

Very in depth and thorough training Dan and Adrian really know their stuff. I can now confidently vac down, re gas and fit a compressor in a R600 system. Would highly recommend.

My experience training with NAC has been nothing but amazing. I started off with minimal knowledge about appliances and have come out much more confident due to Lee’s brilliant teaching. Every question was answered thoroughly, he showed his experience and knowledge fantastically and overall made the training as good as it was. He really focusses on getting his information across while keeping it fun and interesting! There was great mix of theory and practical learning, along with plenty of guidance and help along the way. I would definitely recommend NAC to anyone looking to get into this field or trying to improve their knowledge on a range of appliances!
