This 10-days course has been an excellent resource from which I've gleaned a wealth of knowledge. Although there is a steep learning curve, the instructor Lee is extremely well-informed and supportive. This course was expertly organised, and its rigour allows you to study at the breakneck speed necessary for the job. Lee was very well-versed in his subject matter, had much real-world experience, and was eager to help his students improve their skills. My questions or queries have been treated greatly by him. Every interaction I've had with other fellows has been professional and friendly. All had an excellent time. The training was fantastic, and the instructor was open and generous with his knowledge. Those curious about domestic appliance courses for the first time or even want to enhance existing skills should read this. In short, Excellent course led by excellent individuals.
