Their trainings are very intense and involves a lot of hands on practice. They also employed their trainees or help them get jobs. I will recommend them for anyone that want to get into the trade.

My experience with this training centre was brilliant as the trainer thought me everything that I need to become a highly skilled whitegoods engineer.
Fantastic course! Lee makes you feel at ease right away. He's a fountain of knowledge and really wants to share it. I personally found the modules extremely clear, enjoyable and very useful and I feel confident enough to take the skills I've learnt into the real world and apply them to my business. Thanks again Lee, you've changed the projection of my life.

I began the NAC training course with no knowledge about appliances, and upon completion of the course feel very confident on all aspects that have been covered. This is all credit to the instructor, Lee. He has a wealth of knowledge of everything in the industry and is an exceptional teacher at getting this information across to the class. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get into domestic appliances.

I’ve recently attended the NAC white goods appliance course and felt I needed to take a few minutes to say how fantastic it was! Lee the trainer was awesome, I have completely zero knowledge and was quite nervous about doing it….. I didn’t have to be! Lee has carefully structured the course so absolutely anyone can go, he has so much knowledge and expertise that even someone in the field will still learn a lot. It was fun, it was compacted it has a huge amount of content, but it was brilliant. Thank you Lee for sharing all your tips, tricks and knowledge to us all.

Can't fault anything about the course or the instructor Lee. He explains everything very clearly and makes sure we understood it. The whole thing was relaxed but done in a way as to get through it all very thoroughly. I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about it....money and time well spent. Lee is a fantastic teacher.
I've just finished the course held by NAC, and was really impressed with the course structure, information given and training provided. Our instructor, Lee, was a great tutor. He was informative and answered any questions in a way everyone understood. He certainly made the topics much easier to understand, and his experience of doing the job was invaluable to the course and students. When I first submitted an email to make enquiries about the course, Lee got back to me within the hour. Super responsive. After discussions I was satisfied this was the right course for me, but until you actually attend, there is always that seed of doubt in the back of your mind that makes you wonder whether it is the correct course for you or not. WORRY NOT! What Lee shared with over the phone was absolutely spot on and the course content more than exceeded my expectations. After a career change from a much more corporate background, I can only say that a lot of trainers could do to observe and learn from how this intensive course was put together, a lot of thought has gone into it, to ensure learners / trainees get the absolute most from it. Thorough yet not labouring any points unnecessarily too much, well balanced theory and practical sessions, effective tutor / learner interactions, amongst confidence building for learners at the right rate for them as individuals, I highly recommend this course to anyone who is serious about getting into this industry. First of all having never been linked with the white Goods industry I was unsure what to expect. After 2 weeks completing the foundation course it was all very much worth it. I have undertaken various types of training and sat in many a courses but this is without doubt the most comprehensive and well presented course I have ever attended. Lee is not only highly skilled but presents from the perspective of a white goods engineer making things as simple to understand as possible whilst highlighting the importance of safety. I would without doubt recommend this course and I came away thinking it was money well spent. Thankyou

My experience with the 2 weeks appliance training course was absolutley brilliant from start to finish! Whether you have some knowledge in the industry or none what so ever, this course covers everything you need to know about testing and repairing appliances (theory and practical). Lee Robinson was our trainer, and he is extremely knowledgeable across all multi brand appliances but also very good at translating the information in a fashion that we all understood.. thank you NAC!
Its one thing to have a well organised course, its another to have a teacher who delivers the course so brilliantly like lee. My advice to NAC is to get Lee the teacher to teach so many people to teach like him, and spread them across the country. The course is amazing and teachers like lee is needed across the world
