Recently used this company and told them my stuff had to be in Zimbabwe by a specific date. Once my suitcase was collected, I was never contacted to let me know it had left the Uk, I had to chase. The date it was supposed to arrive in Harare came and went, again no contact from Apex, I had to chase to find out what was happening. I was told it was being cleared by customs in Harare which can delay things and it should be delivered in two days, fair enough that’s reasonable. The next day, AGAIN I had to chase to find out if it had been cleared to which I was told it had and it would be delivered the next day. And what do you know, that day has come and gone and still no delivery!! It’s nearly a week over due, I’ve had to do all the chasing to find out what’s going on and it’s just not good enough. I’m starting to worry my suitcase hasn’t even reached Harare. I’ve sent another WhatsApp to them this morning to find out why it wasn’t delivered yesterday, let’s see what todays reason is. I have never been given an airway bill number or the contact details of the courier service being used in Harare. Their service wasn’t cheap and you’d expect more professionalisim from a courier service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and starting to worry I’ll never see my stuff.
