First shipment with Apex
This was my first time shipping with Apex and must say I was nervous till the process was complete. The process went well from pick up UK to arrival in Gambia. Only thing I would say that I'd like more updates on my shipment without me having to contact especially as a new customer it puts you at ease. But with saying that Mary Taylor was prompt on answering my enquiries on shipment as soon as she possibly can which I appreciate very much. Shipment arrived in Banjul and was able to be collected same day in perfect condition. Very happy and will definitely use them again. Also the collection guy was great also.
