Overall positive experience - would use again
This should have been 5star as the customer service we initially received was great. However on our arrival in Malawi. It was clear our tv was damaged beyond repair after being repacked by Apex. Despite numerous messages, phonecalls and emails, apex have failed to resolve this issue so our most expensive item that we shipped is ruined. Very disappointed that we are left out of pocket despite this being Apex’s one job. ****UPDATE**** we have now been reimbursed as a goodwill gesture for our tv which we do really appreciate. Everyone at Apex was kind and courteous and I'm thrilled that this situation was resolved.
