Terrible customer service
Dress was not shipped for about 2 weeks after ordering with no communication about this and no warning when ordering. Returned the dress, as I no longer needed it. Acknowledged receipt of the return but never refunded the money. Repeated emails, whatsapps and online chats to customer service either went ignored or got a non-committal response of 'oh sorry, let me look into that for you x'. Having to go via credit card company to try to recoup the money as these dresses are not cheap. Avoid this company at all costs.
