Absolutely diabolical company
Absolutely diabolical company - they confirmed they received my return at the start of June and I am still waiting for a refund (of over £300) nearly 3 months later. Every time I reach out, they say that they are looking into it and will be in contact but do absolutely nothing other than ignore you. Due to the hundreds of others in this situation I have had to report to both trading standards and action fraud and would encourage others to do the same. Update - I have now received a refund from them after Klarna raised a complaint. Whilst I am pleased I got my money back and understand that companies go through difficult times the fact that I and so many others have been left for months without several hundred pounds being returned to us and the fact that ALB completely ignored all emails regarding this is absolutely not ok. Update - the below suggests that they responded to my email - I received an initial response early July explaining that you would speak to the team and ask for an update but the last three emails I sent to the company asking for an update went completely unanswered which is unacceptable. I would also note that I have left two reviews - the other one has been up for a while and ALB have responded to other reviews in this time yet have chosen to only respond to mine after the refund was finally processed!
