Shocking customer service
I returned an order and it was processed on the 21st July, I still haven’t received my money over a month later. I’ve contacted them via online chat, email, Instagram DM and WhatsApp but I’ve either had no reply, an email saying they will look into it or a generic apology saying they’re experiencing delays. They even hid my comment on Instagram complaining about their service without a reply!! I personally will never order from this company again and urge others not to either.
