Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.

I Was contacted about a refund, logged into my account and started a WhatsApp chat. Within minutes I was contacted back, had the refund sorted and returned straight away. Great, easy, friendly service!

Overpaid my water bill due to a leak. Contacted them today and was given an immediate refund and reduced direct debit. That’s great customer service!!

What a brilliant service I have received. I was in some credit after paying my recent bill. A very quick whats app message and I'm going to recieve the refund in 2 days and have had my direct debit reduced for the next coming year. No waiting on the phone for ages for someone to pick up. Brilliant customer services.
Had to endure almost 2 years of threats from Anglian Water before they accepted that the huge increase in my water consumption was due to a leak on their meter. They did however send me numerous leaflets on how to conserve water. 😀
