Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
The person I spoke to Molly, was very helpful with my situation. She explained things clearly for me and was very accommodating. She has resolved part of my issue quickly and when works are completed then it will be resolved fully. Thank you Molly.

As a company they are awful don't do much to help the consumer and over charged me for years, however the customer service reps are impeccable 👌

I had a bloked drain and it took 5 yes 5 anglia water visits to get it unblocked as the first 4 all said its not their responsibility you have to pay privately. One said he hasnt got time to do the job as it was sunday afternoon and he wanted to go home. Got a good company in and within 10 minutes the guy said it is anglia waters problem as it goes into the shared drains.(had to pay them mind you for a call out which i fully understand) So the 5th engineer turned up and was visible embarressed as he knew and he cleared the blockage 2 door down within 20 minutes.
Fantastic customer service today when I queried the price of my bills. Got an instant resolution that was easy to understand with no jargon

Water leak in front garden anglian contacted clancy dowra to lift slabs and re lay them the ones they've lifted all is discoloured and anglian water saying they didn't damage them what a joke of a company
