Emailed Anglian Water late yesterday evening with a water meter cover that needed replacing. They came out today and all sorted by midday. Excellent service!

Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.

Had a few issues with bills and payment amount had a big leak at the old address recived a big bill having spoken on watts app (great way to carry on your day without been sat on the phone) was a lad called jack sorted out all the issues with the bill amount great service recived.

Wouldn’t let me do any less than 1 star, they don’t even deserve that. Disabled and vulnerable “customers” harassed, abused and bullied who have no money to pay, even doing step change financial statements which prove inability to pay. Constant DEMANDS TO PAY, and threats of further court action with costs……. If people have no money to pay how is adding court costs helping ?……. Never answer the simple question of “how can anyone pay if they physically can’t” and NEVER ANSWERED. Suppliers of toxic water (don’t go by their own results” Constant fines for putting sewage into rivers and waterways, MILLIONS OF POUNDS PER YEAR, big bonuses and pay packets for director/ceo level. People are killing themselves due to harassment from Anglian Water and other utilities, and they don’t care. I have all evidence of my experience and many others, so don’t try and block this review, as it’s genuine and truthful.

I closed this account years ago fully paid up.Sold house but they have sent a letter with a made up amount to pay within 7days to my old address I have contacted them several times and was told then I do not owe them anything and my account was closed years ago. Still no answers from them and I have had a Bailiff letter demanding money
Went onto the anglian water chat via WhatsApp, spoke to Kathryn who answered all my questions and helped solve the problem, great customer service by Kathryn, pity all customer servers aren't as good as Kathryn.
Just made enquiries about having a water meter. Steve took me through the process and explained everything very clearly and we made a booking to have it fitted. Very polite and professional, hopefully the fitting will go just as smoothly. Thanks Steve

Do not believe AW care about every drop! They cannot detect a water leak even when shown in person. Numerous leaks reported by me on the same water main in recent years and unless you actually show them they cannot find the leak even though there is surface water. They know the main has had leaks numerous and have lost vast amounts of water into ditches and in one case they had to repair a repair. Waiting for the next leak!

I couldn’t get my water usage on the Anglian water app. Sorted quickly via what’s app . I hadn’t turned on something which needed turning on . They offered to do it for me . Brilliant customer service ,
