Seemed like a canned analysis. Names popping up, however, are doors to be opened, questions to be answered. I have additional information, such as when a marriage shows only one child. I know of addi... See more

Thanks! Great
I'm still new but love the experience so far.
Well. I was one of the people that was and in some part still skeptical about the whole DNA testing data base, however a few months ago my kid went ahead and took the test for fun. Just to see where our ancestors are from. We had a pretty good idea since we are Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans along with much of our Caribbean brothers are one of the most diverse people on the planet, for reasons known. The one thing I was not ready for, was that my kid got a DNA match. Placing this person as her uncle or distant brother. Sigh lol This match got us in contact with a cousin that I never heard about, but that’s was invested in contacting distant family for over a decade. So, after much reflect I desired to take the test as well. After getting the results, in turned out as expected. I had a half brother from my dads side that wanted to figure his beginnings. I am not sure if my. He was told that he was adopted, but seems like there is more to it (still in the process of getting more info). My dad was in the navy and he was known to be a “cute guys”. I don’t know lol mom vouched for that. Anyways. We are three meddle aged people that just recently found out we had a big brother. I guess there is more to come :)
It was surprising (the results).
Why so difficult to get my results? I just want know simply my DNA results!! Need make simple way together What I paid for…. I don’t care any other information! I still don’t know, so difficult, I don’t understand all that English…. Just tell me what country my ancestors!! I did this just for curiosity.
Learning a lot about family I never knew of or met. Interesting to learn heritage, places family migrated from as well as family traits!
Just seeing where I came from is great
I did a trial a few months ago. I understand if I didnt cancel then I would be subscribed. I got 2 $29.99 charges. I canceled my subscription I was forced to pay an additional $50. The customer service rep said that's what I signed up for and I should have known about the cancelation fee. First I didnt know I would be auto subscribed to the most expensive package and second I didnt know about the cancelation fee. They would not even waive the cancelation fee and said have a good day.
It was awful. I still can’t see the countries of my ancestry. All I see is ads from you to buy services. Also, the text you sent to me (Curtis Christensen) pulls up results for my wife (Patricia Ellen Heald). Where are MY results??
Disappointed that I can’t really get my info on my dna report unless I buy into a package. Make you navigation through the system a bit simpler.. seem you get down a path and can’t get back to the original page.
Just hard to figure things out. Some of it doesn't make since.
The experience was great to finally receive my DNA results. It was exciting to know my roots.
Knowing what regions my ancesto come from that created me.
All you get is a map of where ancestors are from and a few hints. That's it. If you want more I fo you have to pay a monthly fee for more info
Because it said who I am an where I come from an I would have never known if I didn't take the DNA I want to, Thank u all for helping me an showing where I come from an what type of DNA I have
The site is confusing and they want you to pay extra for so many things. I feel like especially after filling out the trait questionnaire they should give us a deal or free membership because that helps them not us.
Taught me some very interesting facts about some family members that I did not know
I bought the family pack for $259. A big waste of money. Family glad they didn't waste their money on ancestry.
I cannot get my results back
