Amtico has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
I would say it was an all round good experience from my visit to the showroom with their vast range of flooring plus staff being so helpful including a visit to check how it would be practical etc and staff arriving on time and being so professional and helpful in completing my flooring
Fitter took time respected the property and furniture .would definitely recommend . fitter and flooring .very pleased
I recently had an issue with tiles picking up and fading - I contacted the company and they dealt with it in a very speedy and efficient way. The product is excellent and this is matched by the service
Beautiful floor laid very skillfully. Warranty registration process easy and prompt. One issue - as tiles are supplied in 2sqm packs, we were left with 1.65sqms of expensive tiles. Perhaps packs should be supplied in 1sqm quantity.

We are flooring contractors, who specialise in lvt. Do not waste your time or money on this product. Most expensive, poorly manufactured lvt on the market add that to poor customer service and poor aftercare. Do not use this manufacturer you will be disappointed and frustrated.

So disappointed with Amtico we told our supplier that we wanted heavy duty scratch proof as we have children and dogs.. it’s awful scratches easily and needs maintenance to keep it looking good, paid a lot of money would have been better getting cheap laminate

Marks easily, and shrinks in direct sunlight so gaps appear .

Although there was an issue with my Amtico with fading, the company quickly rectified it and arranged a full replacement within a very quick time frame. The customer service was amazing.

Very happy with our rural oak parquet. It looks beautiful (down approx 7 months). We used it throughout downstairs with underfloor heating in places. Purchased from Stories flooring (along with the glue) fitting arranged separately. I just wish I had this upstairs and avoided buying the terrible carpet we have from Tapi carpet.

Really poor experience to be honest. As a company that pride themselves on reputation of a superior and somewhat exclusive product, the communication and service is far from. I am a flooring retailer. I wanted to enquire about a project using their product. The lady at the customer service phone line gave me a number of my local rep to call. It wasn't my local rep. It was someone that runs the North East when I am South East. He took my details and said he would get back to me with someone that DID cover my area. I didn't hear back. I then called again and spoke to the same lady only to be told that they had a shuffle round, that she didn't really know who was in charge of my area and that I should call another rep who she knew didn't cover my area but would be more helpful than the first rep I spoke with. No answer, message letf. No response. I am a reputable and upcoming retailer with a showroom and have won plenty of business awards, its not as if they are dealing with some 'man in van' operation. It is really disappointing that I seemingly had to chase them to even enquire about setting up an account. As of yet (3 days later) I am still none the wiser and have been left with a sour taste at the mention of Amtico. I expected more and will take my projects elsewhere to manufactures that value my business enough to even ask about it!

The worst products ever! Scratch marks everywhere even in the areas that are hardly used. Waste of money!

would like to know if any of the bad reviews are for Amtico signature glint void? floor laid 12/04/2022. i have had 11 tiles/parts replaced, need at least 7 more replaced! (small cuts and floor still looks grubby) retailer suggested a fault, picked up a spare tile 21/06/2022 didn't send back to Amtico for testing until 26/10/2022. Amtico say no faults found, but will not say what tests were carried out and will not supply any photos!! also say no other complaints received about glint void?? retailer not responding!!
