Amtico has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
I would say it was an all round good experience from my visit to the showroom with their vast range of flooring plus staff being so helpful including a visit to check how it would be practical etc and staff arriving on time and being so professional and helpful in completing my flooring
Fitter took time respected the property and furniture .would definitely recommend . fitter and flooring .very pleased
I recently had an issue with tiles picking up and fading - I contacted the company and they dealt with it in a very speedy and efficient way. The product is excellent and this is matched by the service
Beautiful floor laid very skillfully. Warranty registration process easy and prompt. One issue - as tiles are supplied in 2sqm packs, we were left with 1.65sqms of expensive tiles. Perhaps packs should be supplied in 1sqm quantity.

Spent a lot of time choosing flooring for our refurb where we wanted something that looked good quality and was easy to clean and chose Amtico. It’s aweful! It looks Ok but honestly nothing special but worst of all it’s such hard work to keep clean. I could spend 2 hours a day cleaning it and still Not be happy. It stains and holds on the dirt like a magnet! I would definitely not buy it again. It cost was expensive so replacing it is hard to justify but it’s become the Bain of my life!!

Just ordered amtico samples (as well as kardean) to do a large living room, hall and kitchen down stairs loo (big job) and really nervous now after looking at these reviews they seem so bad with no refund, SCRATCHES, glue issues, gaps and blaming fitters AND MADE IN CHINA REALLY.... - we have children and dog so not going to pay thousands if looks bad after 6 months and hard to clean, need this to last years as thought would be good investment.. ANYONE GOT ANY GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR GOOD FLOOR SUPPLIERS AND FIT before I waste thousands so glad came to look here first, thought they had good reputation.

Got the amtico brochure, loads of pictures, but nothing on floor preparation to lay, selection of product would depend on complexity of this. A useless brochure.

Bought Amtico Click Smart for our kitchen, total mistake! It's awful, scratches pretty much even if you look at it. Been down for about a year now and the floor just looks like an absolute mess. DO NOT use this product if you're going to use the room you're putting it down in, easy to lay, awful to live with. Terrible product.

Ordered 2 x packs of amtico plus strips as I needed to lift original amtico and thought I would need to replace. Turns out it lifted no problem hence I didn’t need the 2 x packs I ordered. Contacted retailer who advised amtico rep said no refund! I hadn’t even opened the boxes!!! Blows my mind in this day and age that no refund allowed !! Especially as still in unopened boxes.

I recently had Amtico flooring fitted in my kitchen about 6 weeks afo. Frankly very disappointed. When the fitters left I noted about 30 glued stains on the floor. I am 80 years of age and had to get down on hands and knees to remove them. Some are still there as I have not felt like tackling them. Not only that but so disappointed with the floor itself. It shows up every bit of spillage however small it is. I have had all types of flooring over the years and never, ever have I had to sweep, clean the floor every day. It cost me £4,300 to put down. I was expecting a type of floor that I did not have to worry about but I did not get that.

Misrepresentation!!! I ordered Amtico First Collection 0.3mm LVT in July 2022. I saw the description from Amtico's website it was “ UK Designed and Manufactured”. (I cap the picture and Amtico deleted this information after my complaint) . I trust UK quality. However, the day I did the flooring and I saw the packing of the product. The LVT are made in PRC (Republic of China) It was misleadingly described. It purported to be UK Designed and Manufactured. I pay premium price but get a Chinese product😡 I have sent a complaint letter to Amtico and do not receive any response. I leave the message on Amtico's facebook, they delete my post. It's horrible experience.

OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED!!! Since having my amtico lvt flooring fitted in Feb 22,I have sent constant emails and complaints. It is the biggest waste of £6000 i have spent in my life, please dont fall for the hype like i did and visit elsewhere for lvt half the price!!! Also, the Amtico customer service do not help you, all issues have to be dealt with the certified fitters which I think is really wrong. Amtico should be providing after care as they are fitting YOUR PRODUCT. I am actually now looking at legal advice to sue the fitters. My flooring is covered in glue, poorly laid edges, huge gaps between skirting and flooring.... I am gutted and its been an ongoing nightmare. The colour of the white ash lvt is beautiful, but tapi carpets had almost identical for £1500 less!!! Please listen to these reviews and dont buy. Amtico has really let me down

Good product...rubbish service. First time had Amtico Signature fitted to hall and Kitchen. Despite contractor ordering correct product the wrong one arrived causing delays and grief. Just ordered Amtico Spacia for bathroom and...guess what? when the border pack was opened it was the wrong colour. Amtico have not exactly moved heaven and earth to resolve and this is causing significant delays causing plumbers and joiners to be rearranged. Still waiting for correct border.

I have amtico spacia throughout- it has been a mess since installation, as the contractors were absolutely incompetent and the amtico people did not help at all. Surely amtico should train them? I had glue spilling all over - still visible after 5 yrs! Also the product cannot be cleaned, it has so many fine ridges and you need literally scrub it like you see the servant doing in the movies on all fours. I would never use amtico again. Ever.
