Amtico has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
I would say it was an all round good experience from my visit to the showroom with their vast range of flooring plus staff being so helpful including a visit to check how it would be practical etc and staff arriving on time and being so professional and helpful in completing my flooring
Fitter took time respected the property and furniture .would definitely recommend . fitter and flooring .very pleased
I recently had an issue with tiles picking up and fading - I contacted the company and they dealt with it in a very speedy and efficient way. The product is excellent and this is matched by the service
Beautiful floor laid very skillfully. Warranty registration process easy and prompt. One issue - as tiles are supplied in 2sqm packs, we were left with 1.65sqms of expensive tiles. Perhaps packs should be supplied in 1sqm quantity.

Shalom. Having been a floor layer for over 30 years now I've taken both my Amtico Courses. The 3 day and advanced. Both a long time ago now. What a total waste of time and money with the exception of Paul Howels who took the course. What a wonderful man. Sadly when he left the company the heart and soul of Amtico left with him, in my humble opinion. Like most BIG companies they seem to think they're to cool for school. Thankfully none are... !!!!!!! Alhamdulillah.

We spent a lot of time and money on a new floor for whole downstairs. It’s not fit for purpose. Scratches all the time. We have furniture protective pads on everything and even moving the dining room chair out from table causes a scratch. Amtico say it might have a piece of grit under foot! It’s absolutely unliveable. Caused so much stress and anxiety and we want to take it all up! Do not use this company.

Worst company to deal with and even worse flooring. Wouldn't buy this flooring even if it was in poundland. Customer service is shocking still dealing with an issue from months ago. Don't waste your time

Terrible flooring, had it for around 3 months and it’s already ruined. Scratches and damages so easy. Not what you expect from an expensive floor. I would avoid this completely, I don’t know what is ‘luxury’ about it. Absolute waste of money.

As a floor layer of 20 years fitting lvt it is by far the biggest headache I have fitting amtico! It is not fit for purpose! The planks are not square or true to the point I have had to return many orders. It seams like they think they are the best and in actual fact that is the opposite! I will actively encourage costumers to avoid it! Other cheaper alternatives knock spots of it for squareness and finish. It’s the worst
