I have used the car transportation service via American International Logistics and Felicia Davis assisted me throughout my moving experience from Bay Area, CA to Austin, TX. They’re very professional in handling multiple deliveries, their quality and safety standards are quite effective as well. Equipped with industry standards technology, they did a great job and my car was delivered in perfect condition. Their communication is also good, I received prompt responses each time with exact ETAs while picking up and delivering my car. Overall, it was a good & satisfied experience with them. I recommend their service for quality experience.

Felicia was awesome, even though I had cancelled my order with her she was diligent and never gave up until she found someone to transport my car from Illinois to Florida. She is awesome and patient because I'm sure I was a pain. Not intentionally but never did anything like this and was very stressed out since time was running out. But Felicia was there and successfully Trans p irked my car on time. Tom the driver was just as wesome. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Thank you felicia!!!

He found Krishaun and his team who were on time and very pleasant. Max ensured everything was taken care of and followed up with me every step of the way. I advise everyone who has car Shipping or transportation needs use Max and his company. I guarantee you will very satisfied and stress free!!!!!

Transported my Honda a month ago. The service was at the highest level. Thanks to Eric and Stefania, we managed to reduce the price to $600. The driver arrived on time and delivered everything in its best form without delay. I am satisfied with the result, thank you AIL!

Didn’t show… it was explained we were traveling and had a timeline.. was ghosted at time of pick up… couldn’t get a driver. We were to meet in a parking lot… obvi couldn’t leave our vehicle for 5 days as they were fully aware… had to tow the car ourselves… miss out on stopping to see family and tourist sites & now informed we must pay $150.00 cancellation fee… FYI they came across quite helpful to start when booking but to have salt in the wound for cancelling because they didn’t have a driver… I dunno 🤷‍♀️ Buyer be ware

I contracted AIL to transport a 1965 Cadillac from Tacoma, Wa to Hunters, Wa at a quoted total price if $375 with next day pick up. We filled out contract and sent the required $100 deposit via MasterCard. After several days of "looking" for a driver, they found one and price was raised to $600. I countered with a $500 offer and it was declined. Then after 8 days, we, Lucas Garcia, the agent acting for AIL, and I, decided that this transport would not be possible and he sent me a cancellation form via text. I filled out the form and Lucas Garcia accepted and said $100 deposit would be charged back to the card in 3 business days. This was 9/13/22. It is now 9/21/22 and $100 has not been charged back to card. I have tried communicating, but nothing. They have even gone as far as blocking me from being able to call. At NO time have I been rude or harassing on my communications. This company is highly suspect and I advise anyone and everyone to use another transport company for your needs.
