Didn’t show… it was explained we were…
Didn’t show… it was explained we were traveling and had a timeline.. was ghosted at time of pick up… couldn’t get a driver. We were to meet in a parking lot… obvi couldn’t leave our vehicle for 5 days as they were fully aware… had to tow the car ourselves… miss out on stopping to see family and tourist sites & now informed we must pay $150.00 cancellation fee… FYI they came across quite helpful to start when booking but to have salt in the wound for cancelling because they didn’t have a driver… I dunno 🤷♀️ Buyer be ware
