allereerst ontving ik een koffer met 2 wielen, terwijl op de afbeelding duidelijk 4 wielen te zien zijn. Dan moet je eerst eindeloos chatten en uiteindelijk mag je dan terugsturen en moet je aantal dagen wachten tot zij fout hebben hersteld alvorens opnieuw te bestellen. Veel gedoe waar je niet op zit te wachten! Vervolgens zie ik een andere koffer die 40cm zou zijn. alleen omdat ik wil voorkomen wéér een verkeerde koffer te ontvangen heb ik contact gezocht met Samsonite. Zij mailen dat het vermoedelijk om 40 gaat. Dus check bij Amazon gedaan via chat en het zou echt 40cm moeten zijn geeft dame van de Amazon-chat aan. Alleen toen ik vroeg of de andere of het 40 bij 30 bij 20cm was moest ik van haar plotseling dat gaan navragen bij Samsonite. En dan kreeg ik ook nog eens een verkeerd mailadres van Samsonite van haar waar ik naartoe kon mailen. Vanhet kastje naar de muur, waardeloos dat Amazon gebeuren

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent purchase experience and the subsequent customer support I received through Amazon Egypt. Order Details: Product: Lenovo Slim i7 Laptop with Windows 11 (clearly written on the product page) Order ID: 405-7938611-5597108 Order Date: 22 June 2025 Upon receiving the laptop and powering it on for the first time, I was met with a critical system error: “Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed. Insert recovery media and hit any key then select Boot Manager to choose s new boot device or to boot recovery media” This clearly indicates a hardware failure or missing operating system, rendering the device completely non-functional out of the box. I contacted Amazon’s customer service immediately. Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of accountability and empathy: The representative refused to provide any viable solution, such as replacement, expedited return, or compensation for the disruption this caused. I was told the only option is to return the laptop and wait up to 30 days for a refund, despite the product being defective upon delivery. When I requested to file a formal complaint, the representative claimed he could only file an “internal complaint” which I would not be able to track or follow up on. Additionally, the representative refused to provide his full name, effectively shielding himself from accountability. I was only able to know its initial from an automatic follow up email: (Mr Nour W.) This Is Unacceptable for the following reasons: I chose Amazon over other vendors expecting reliability and customer-focused service. Being left with a defective product and no resolution for a month directly impacts my professional work and obligations. The dismissive attitude and lack of transparency by your representative only amplified my frustration. What I Expect: Immediate escalation of this issue to Amazon’s customer satisfaction or quality assurance team. A clear and trackable complaint process with reference number and follow-up. An expedited solution—either: Replacement with a working device within a few days, or Immediate full refund upon return and a compensation credit for the inconvenience, in order to buy another laptop on time for my work Internal review of the customer service interaction, especially the conduct of the representative I dealt with

Amazon sent the wrong item TWICE — my daughter missed her performance because of their failure Review: I’m shocked by how terribly Amazon handled what should have been a simple purchase. I ordered specific tap dance shoes for my daughter’s performance. Amazon sent the wrong item the first time. I contacted support, wasted over an hour, and was told to reorder. I did — and unbelievably, the second shipment was wrong too. Because of this, my daughter missed her concert — something that can’t be undone. I spent hours being transferred between dozens of agents, repeating myself, getting false promises that the refund would appear in “X hours.” Nothing happened. No one took responsibility. I paid double, dealt with return shipping costs, and was left with zero resolution. Amazon’s failure wasn’t just a logistics mistake — it was negligence, disrespect, and a complete disregard for the customer’s time, money, and trust. I’m a high-ranking professional and I will make sure this reaches every platform possible. I no longer trust Amazon, and I advise others to be very cautious — especially if your order actually matters.

Tentativa de golpe após compra na Amazon – usaram meus dados e prejudicaram meus planos de trabalho

Fiz uma compra recente na Amazon Brasil, com pagamento confirmado e finalização feita dentro da própria plataforma. Logo após isso, fui surpreendido com uma mensagem via WhatsApp, vinda de alguém que se identificou como sendo da logística da Amazon, alegando uma pendência no frete e pedindo pagamento via Pix. A parte mais preocupante é que a pessoa tinha acesso a dados exatos da minha compra: meu nome completo, número do pedido, produto adquirido e endereço. Ou seja, dados que eu só forneci à Amazon no momento da compra. Além do susto com a tentativa de golpe, o mais frustrante foi que eu tinha planos profissionais com esse produto: pretendia utilizá-lo para revenda, como parte de uma renda que eu contava para este mês. Toda a organização do meu trabalho foi prejudicada por essa situação, e o sentimento é de total insegurança e descaso. Comprei na Amazon justamente pela confiança que a marca me passava. Agora, me vejo exposto, enganado e sem resposta clara sobre o que será feito a respeito da exposição dos meus dados e da tentativa de extorsão que sofri. Peço à Amazon que investigue o caso com urgência, identifique e bloqueie o vendedor envolvido, e me dê uma resposta formal sobre que medidas serão tomadas para proteger minha segurança e a de outros consumidores. Su molteplici ordini eseguiti sempre con Amazon Prime non ho mai avuto problemi, solo una volta durante la consegna di un pacchettino, il corriere dopo aver citofonato (evidentemente andava di fretta) come una catapulta fece atterrare il pacco sul mio balcone al primo piano per poi dileguarsi nel nulla... Evidentemente era in modalità stealth

Unzuverlässig, war früher deutlich besser!

Guten Tag Xxyz, Ihr Paket ist unterwegs, verspätet sich aber. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die Verzögerung. Bestellung verspätet Jetzt erwartet bis zum 28. Juni Ist mir in letzter Zeit mehrmals passiert. Amazon ist groß geworden, weil man sich auf Zusagen verlassen konnte! Wenn die glauben, dass ich deswegen auf Prime umsteigen werden, haben sich die getäuscht! Ich werde in Zukunft schauen, ob ich den Artikel im lokalen Versandhandel bekomme!

📅 Data: 26 giugno 2025 Servizio di consegna disorganizzato e inaffidabile – esperienza Prime deludente > Vivo nel territorio di Parma e purtroppo, da diverso tempo, riscontro problemi sistematici con il servizio di consegna Amazon. Nonostante venga data la possibilità di scegliere una fascia oraria per la consegna, questa non viene quasi mai rispettata. Ho sempre indicato il mio numero di telefono, specificando di abitare nelle immediate vicinanze del punto di consegna, ma nessuno mi ha mai contattato prima delle mancate consegne. Di recente ho dovuto annullare un ordine dopo tre tentativi di consegna falliti, nonostante le rassicurazioni del servizio clienti – sempre cordiale e disponibile – che mi garantiva l’arrivo del pacco quando ero presente. Oggi, 26 giugno 2025, ho annullato un ulteriore ordine, che doveva essere un regalo: erano passati tre giorni, rendendolo ormai inutile. Questo tipo di disservizio è particolarmente grave per chi paga Amazon Prime, un servizio che promette consegne rapide e precise. In realtà, l’esperienza non è coerente con quanto pubblicizzato. Condivido questa recensione non per lamentarmi, ma per fornire un riscontro costruttivo ad Amazon: la logistica deve essere migliorata, soprattutto in zone come Parma dove i problemi sembrano ripetersi frequentemente.

Dalle 9 alle 18 che aspetto un pacco…

Dalle 9 alle 18.30 che aspetto un pacco ordinato con Amazon prime. Un intera giornata ad aspettare un pacco che forse nemmeno riceverò. Il contratto con prime video me lo hanno aumentato di prezzo senza che io lo abbia richiesto. I pacchi non arrivano. Io cancello l'abbonamento. Sono proprio incavolata.

Customer service

The service with Amazon is generally good. However their customer service tends to not be so helpful some time. I was just left on hold indefinitely without an answer with the customer service. There's $800 today I will be spending some place else. And from now on I'm going to look for local sources.

Il servizio è nettamente in peggioramento. Tra le assurdità che mi sono capitate ultimamente: - Mi sono ritrovata l'account di prime video impostato in turco su mobile. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti che ha più volte insistito che l'unica ragione sarebbe potuta essere una mia modifica della lingua 😝. Ma non ho mai effettuato questa modifica. Forse l'account è stato violato? - Qualche tempo fa ho acquistato un registratore vocale. Mi è stato consegnato con un numero elevato di registrazioni preesistenti contenenti rumori non ben definiti. - Ho acquistato un lettore smart CIE che sarebbe dovuto arrivare settimana scorsa, ma mi hanno inviato un'email specificando che la consegna avverrà addirittura il 21 luglio. A meno che non lo fabbrichino ex novo, inizio a dubitare di cosa mi arriverà realmente. Date le recenti casistiche, ho addirittura pensato che potrebbe arrivarmi manomesso... Inizio a dubitare della serietà e della sicurezza dei servizi amazon.
