allereerst ontving ik een koffer met 2 wielen, terwijl op de afbeelding duidelijk 4 wielen te zien zijn. Dan moet je eerst eindeloos chatten en uiteindelijk mag je dan terugsturen en moet je aantal dagen wachten tot zij fout hebben hersteld alvorens opnieuw te bestellen. Veel gedoe waar je niet op zit te wachten! Vervolgens zie ik een andere koffer die 40cm zou zijn. alleen omdat ik wil voorkomen wéér een verkeerde koffer te ontvangen heb ik contact gezocht met Samsonite. Zij mailen dat het vermoedelijk om 40 gaat. Dus check bij Amazon gedaan via chat en het zou echt 40cm moeten zijn geeft dame van de Amazon-chat aan. Alleen toen ik vroeg of de andere of het 40 bij 30 bij 20cm was moest ik van haar plotseling dat gaan navragen bij Samsonite. En dan kreeg ik ook nog eens een verkeerd mailadres van Samsonite van haar waar ik naartoe kon mailen. Vanhet kastje naar de muur, waardeloos dat Amazon gebeuren

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent purchase experience and the subsequent customer support I received through Amazon Egypt. Order Details: Product: Lenovo Slim i7 Laptop with Windows 11 (clearly written on the product page) Order ID: 405-7938611-5597108 Order Date: 22 June 2025 Upon receiving the laptop and powering it on for the first time, I was met with a critical system error: “Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed. Insert recovery media and hit any key then select Boot Manager to choose s new boot device or to boot recovery media” This clearly indicates a hardware failure or missing operating system, rendering the device completely non-functional out of the box. I contacted Amazon’s customer service immediately. Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of accountability and empathy: The representative refused to provide any viable solution, such as replacement, expedited return, or compensation for the disruption this caused. I was told the only option is to return the laptop and wait up to 30 days for a refund, despite the product being defective upon delivery. When I requested to file a formal complaint, the representative claimed he could only file an “internal complaint” which I would not be able to track or follow up on. Additionally, the representative refused to provide his full name, effectively shielding himself from accountability. I was only able to know its initial from an automatic follow up email: (Mr Nour W.) This Is Unacceptable for the following reasons: I chose Amazon over other vendors expecting reliability and customer-focused service. Being left with a defective product and no resolution for a month directly impacts my professional work and obligations. The dismissive attitude and lack of transparency by your representative only amplified my frustration. What I Expect: Immediate escalation of this issue to Amazon’s customer satisfaction or quality assurance team. A clear and trackable complaint process with reference number and follow-up. An expedited solution—either: Replacement with a working device within a few days, or Immediate full refund upon return and a compensation credit for the inconvenience, in order to buy another laptop on time for my work Internal review of the customer service interaction, especially the conduct of the representative I dealt with

Amazon sent the wrong item TWICE — my daughter missed her performance because of their failure Review: I’m shocked by how terribly Amazon handled what should have been a simple purchase. I ordered specific tap dance shoes for my daughter’s performance. Amazon sent the wrong item the first time. I contacted support, wasted over an hour, and was told to reorder. I did — and unbelievably, the second shipment was wrong too. Because of this, my daughter missed her concert — something that can’t be undone. I spent hours being transferred between dozens of agents, repeating myself, getting false promises that the refund would appear in “X hours.” Nothing happened. No one took responsibility. I paid double, dealt with return shipping costs, and was left with zero resolution. Amazon’s failure wasn’t just a logistics mistake — it was negligence, disrespect, and a complete disregard for the customer’s time, money, and trust. I’m a high-ranking professional and I will make sure this reaches every platform possible. I no longer trust Amazon, and I advise others to be very cautious — especially if your order actually matters.

We ordered from amazon.com watched the tracking then all the sudden it stopped got a hold of consumer service said we were hacked made me download a bunch of apps took my pictures my security number and everything else I had to contact the FBI so far we would never hack they were just wanting the information now it has to be traced and I have to go through a bunch of BS because of it I would stay 100% away from this site

Bestilte en lampe til 750kr. Pengene blev trukket med det samme og jeg kunne se den blev shipped samme dag via track and trace. 2 dage senere blev ordren cancelled med forklaringen at varen var blevet væk. Fik fat i support som sagde at de allerede havde fået den retur. Spurgte hvordan de kunne få en mistet vare retur og fik beskeden at varen var i stykker og derfor returneret. Jeg ville modtage pengene i løbet af 5 dage. 14 dage efter kontakter jeg dem igen og spørger hvor pengene er blevet af og får den samme smøre og bliver spurgt om jeg vil bestille igen eller have en refundering. Jeg vælger igen igen refundering og får besked på at der vil gå 10 arbejdsdage. Det er nu 14 dage siden

Wollen personal Ausweis! Verbrecher

Man soll ein Personalausweis schicken damit das Konto entsperrt wird wegen ungewöhnlicher Aktivitäten. ihr spinnt doch Amazon, damit ihr dann die Identität klauen könnt. Und das bei einer Bestellung für 50 Euro! Nirgendwo wirklich nirgendwo anders muss man ein Ausweis schicken für eine Bestellung!

Amazon significa un'offerta ampia di beni a prezzi ragionevoli, con un mercato che copre quasi tutto il mondo. A fronte di un sistema di approvvigionamento così avanzato si riscontrano limiti dovuti ai Corrieri e alle consegne, soprattutto nelle località disagiate come le isole minori italiane. Gli sforzi di Amazon in tema di efficienza sono spesso vanificati dai limiti dei corrispondenti locali dei Corrieri che sono operatori improvvisati di basse capacità operative.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - NO HELP AT ALL - on Sunday I received a parcel (left on my doorstep - to addit STATES on my account NEVER to leave parcels there (it clearly states what to do if I’m not in) on this occasion I was in but no attempt by the driver to use my ring doorbell or knock ! Luckily I received the parcel but rang and complained to be told IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Monday i received 2 parcels of HIGH VALUE while I was out and they left them on the doorstep and said they had ! I never received them - i complained again and was asked to wait 24 hrs to see if they would arrive and then a refund would be processed. I waited 55 hrs and rang again. I had to speak to 5 people before it was sorted and it took me 3 hrs! I was told the 2 drivers would be dealt with and it wouldn’t happen again (I then received my next 2 parcels exactly as I should) (a breakthrough I thought) my last parcel was coming yesterday and said it was out for delivery from selby - 8:20pm last night it was signed for but still says it’s in selby(by someone who does not live at my address as I live alone). My ring camera shows NO ONE CAME TO MY PROPERTY. when I rang customer services they said they can’t help As it’s delivered and signed for and I have to speak to the seller ! This isn’t meant as derogatory- but everyone you speak to is foreign, they use the same script to apologize and say they understand your frustration! I have escalated this to trading standards ! Your custom service team are terrible ! And they don’t even know who to reply to information on their fb posts (someone slates them and they put love emojis) !

Support keeps pushing the date (June 16 → 19 → 26 → 30), but gives no real info or tracking and keeps telling me to be patient (since 1 month) This is unacceptable. Where is my order? Syster ridiculous

I know I have my old phone !Samsung S7 I still love my phone and in perfect condition !!!! on my phone stop working many many apps ,or I just simple can't downloaded ??!!! I have my 5th generation Alexa ,and I can't use it with my phone anymore!!!! I don't want to buy a new phone ..This system is completely ridiculous and a waste of money.

Giorno successivo da "incidente con il mezzo di trasporto" ad un "forse è andato perso" assistenza cliente inutile difronte a qualsiasi richiesta.
