NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - NO HELP AT ALL - on Sunday I received a parcel (left on my doorstep - to addit STATES on my account NEVER to leave parcels there (it clearly states what to do if I’m not in) on this occasion I was in but no attempt by the driver to use my ring doorbell or knock ! Luckily I received the parcel but rang and complained to be told IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Monday i received 2 parcels of HIGH VALUE while I was out and they left them on the doorstep and said they had ! I never received them - i complained again and was asked to wait 24 hrs to see if they would arrive and then a refund would be processed. I waited 55 hrs and rang again. I had to speak to 5 people before it was sorted and it took me 3 hrs! I was told the 2 drivers would be dealt with and it wouldn’t happen again (I then received my next 2 parcels exactly as I should) (a breakthrough I thought) my last parcel was coming yesterday and said it was out for delivery from selby - 8:20pm last night it was signed for but still says it’s in selby(by someone who does not live at my address as I live alone). My ring camera shows NO ONE CAME TO MY PROPERTY. when I rang customer services they said they can’t help As it’s delivered and signed for and I have to speak to the seller ! This isn’t meant as derogatory- but everyone you speak to is foreign, they use the same script to apologize and say they understand your frustration! I have escalated this to trading standards ! Your custom service team are terrible ! And they don’t even know who to reply to information on their fb posts (someone slates them and they put love emojis) !
