Generating insurance was easy and simple to set up

Customer service is shocking and that is putting it mildly wanted to add my daughter to my policy but wasn’t able to even though they state they insure new drivers. You can’t speak to anyone to see why, so they ended up loosing my custom

Appalling. Carrying out an important change to a car insurance policy with no facility to speak to an agent who could confirm that I have correctly added the replacement vehicle is disconcerting. At renewal, I will not renew the policy with you, but will instead seek out a company employing people (real humans) to answer customer queries and offer reassurance that any changes made have been made correctly. I am going to share my experiences widely at work and on social media. I am very disappointed with the "service" you offer; God forbid, I ever need to make a claim, I dread to think how I could possibly do that online without being able to talk to anyone!
