found via moneysavingexpert website and got a very good quote 500 less than my existing renewal request very pleased and its liverpool victoria an established company so feel very safe, website easy to use no complicated questions would recommend

Quick and easy application

Very easy to change the details in our policy. The webpage is clear and works very well.

All I needed to do was get confirmation that my son who lives in Germany was ok to add to the policy. Went on the chat bot and that was absolute useless. Didn't understand my request and gave lots of useless information. Spoke to a person (by chat not phone) who basically couldn't confirm either but advised I just go through the quote and if it quotes it will be ok. 20 minutes of my life I won't get back!
