Clear and easy to use website, whole buying experience was great. Whilst the excess for my vehicle is high, there is definite benefit from going with an established insurer with none of the restrictive warranties and conditions that aren't clear with other insurers. I'd definitely recommend the depth and breadth of the cover and the website made it easy to purchase

Trying to use the website but it won’t let me change my existing car to my new car the website won’t let me, keeps saying can’t process the request at the moment. Tried to send a message on chat,the message won’t send. Can’t have a human conversation with anyone therefore going elsewhere

Set up my renewal and by chance I was also moving house so changed details. Got quote and agreed. Then my policy didn’t renew. Renewed online on the morning cover was meant to start. No money was taken from my account and my online account said no direct debit was set up. I’ve never had a direct debit the money has been taken from my debit card for 2 years. Tried to set up direct debit but after putting in details the page just buffers for hours and nothing is set up. Gave up and paid in full for the policy. 2 hours later get email to say the changes to my policy have been completed? I haven’t changed anything I’ve just paid? Lm ring and speak to amyone. No clue what’s going on and now my online account won’t even load. AVOID
