This was how on line renewals should work - went via Go.Compare & all looks good.

The car insurance was well priced for a premium supplier. Signing up was easy and hassle free. The website easy to use. My frustration was that there is absolutely no way of speaking with someone - and I know most companies prefer to contact via email but there is just not any option to call. Emails take up to 48 hours to be responded to and it was just too long. I changed my car and the cost went up by a huge chunk - despite it being a lower priced, older car. Maybe that’s justifiable but as you can’t speak with anyone there’s no way of knowing. I left at renewal. ——— I had a response (below) which I replied to and received a generic - ‘how to change your car’ email. I’ve lowered my review as when a person did reply they told me that the £120 extra insurance premium could be due to modifications not just it being an older cheaper car. My replacement car was EXACTLY the same model just 4 years older, no modifications, same driver, same address... As I say, this may be justified but if you want real time response from an actual person I absolutely can’t recommend this company.

It was easy to buy the Insurance online. The renewal prices are though lesser than last year but it is still significantly high than what all other insurer are offering.

I like to speak to a human being. I am shocked at the renewal price. I will not be renewing my policy.
