The process of setting up an on-line account was confusing. Full of 'tips' and 'skip' tour. Should be simpler. I've no idea whether I do or don't have an on-line account

Absolutely awful experience between Allianz and ticketmaster! Do not trust either company with purchasing tickets unless you’re 100% sure you’ll be able to attend the event! I ended up losing a family member and due to stress ended up in hospital with blood clots in my legs. I therefore couldn’t attend guns & roses villa park on 23/6/25. Provided Allianz with google maps proof I was in my home town with my phone at 2pm and therefore couldn’t have made it to Birmingham by 4pm, included all paper work from hospital and had no response, they sent me to ticketmaster to get some confirmation from them that I hadn’t scanned my ticket! Been trying for 9 days to speak to someone on customer service and each day waited over 40 min on hold trying to speak to Allianz, i believe they do this thinking people will give up and they won’t have to pay out
