This is the second test I have requested, the first being in 2022, with helpful response. Angel was amazing in helping me today. I called to see what happened... I paid for the test but did not receive a link... in checking I probably did receive it but failed to understand it properly. She was extremely patient with me as it took 15 minutes for us to get me on the right path. Thanks .. A very grateful customer.

They simply couldn’t deliver. Advised their blood tests has now ceased and offer hair testing instead. Have requested a refund. 3 weeks and counting.

Do not buy expecting to receive a kit, even though all the advertising shows this is what you will get. You get a PDF and you have to print off all the labelling. Their customer service was good at communicating this after I contacted them to ask where my kit was. I still have not completed the test, as I do not have the ability to print the required labels. So I have wasted my money, as no refund was offered when I advised that I thought I was purchasing a kit, and not a PDF file.
Terrible - I ordred blood tests for allergies - put my young children through pricking their finger and making it bleed to fill all the areas, something they were very concerned about doing. Only to be told via an email weeks later that the tests couldn't be done and would we like a hair test instead, no explanation of why. After enquiring why, they said they don't do blood tests anymore as the lab can't do it, however they do still sell the tests online.

I tried to order two tests from allergytest but by mistake ordered three. My fault. Before I did anything to correct the mistake, I got an email from someone at healthystuff asking if I would prefer a couples test because that would save some money and offered to change the order and would send a link for the difference in price. I replied to the email and said sure, change it to a couples test. The email from healthystuff also said that I could cancel the order at allergytest. Interesting that they use several email addresses. Well, after waiting for days to hear back about the link I was promised, I just went to allergytest and cancelled the three orders. I was hoping to hear back that the cancellation had taken place so I could order the couples test. Never heard back. I then tried the "live chat" and was obviously talking to a computer, not a human. It asked me to explain the problem and I wrote out basically the same thing I am writing here. It replied that tests never expire and to just keep the extra one for use later. Not the info I was looking for. At that point the "live chat" was terminated and I couldn't send a rely. So I still don't know if my credit card will be charged or not. What a sleazy outfit!! An update. After I wrote the review I got a slew of emails from the company. It was confusing, but suffice it to say that everything got straightened out. Too bad I was ignored until I wrote a bad review but they did get back to me and all issues have been addresses satisfactorily.
I didn’t receive the allergy test it was ordered in January So you can either send it or refund me money

The whole process was not easy. Trying to get blood from my fingers took around 2 hours trying to fill the dots. Only two lancets provided. Was quite painful to do. After two weeks not hearing anything I emailed the company. They advised me that the blood testing had been discontinued? No one reached out to me advising this. After multiple emails back and forth I finally recieved a full refund.
