I used this service back in 2017 for my family. The results I received were surprising, but there was also no detail as to how the noted allergies would effect us. Did not know my son was 100% allergic to oats (he's been eating them all his life without any issues). Would love to see some comprehensive details as to how one would know they have these types of allergies and how they'd affect te body. Trying this again to see if there have been changes. Also hoping to find answers as to why I keep getting headaches daily (and have done for years)/

I reached out to customer service to help me locate a "missing" test that we ordered. Terry was terrific!! Promptly found what I needed and provided all the instructions. What a smooth process : )

I haven't actually done this test. I thought I was going to receive something in the mail and then my friend at work said I had to access something via email which I either didn't receive or couldn't find.

Due to my own mistake, I had to contact the customer service team about my order. Sheraz was absolutely brilliant and helped me to fix my order with such ease.

Its informative to a point, however if I knew it didn't have Australian Grass / plants or more Dog type food related products for testing, I probably would of done different , its name is Allergy Test Australia but its not tested here , its sent to the UK

Jordan helped me to get access to the test submit forms and he was kind enough to guide me through the whole process. Easy-peasy!

Buying, getting and sending the test off was fine. But then I didn't hear anything for a while and when they finally got back to me a month later it was to say that the labs had discontinued the blood allergy tests. I declined the Hair Resonance with refund of the difference to ask for a full refund as I had actually done the Full Hair Resonance test a few years prior with them. Since then I have not heard a response. The phone number is no longer operational and recommends live chat, live chat directs to email and email is silent. Before this, I would say they were good but after a month of silence and 2 months where the communication was poor I can no longer recommend them with trust. Update 14/52025 With a refund finally approved I do feel relieved with Allergy Test Australia again. Hopefully future communication will be improved as it was stressful in the meantime but at least they are trustworthy.

Took the money in October 2024 for two tests, I followed up many times. Advised that received the tests in UK on 5 January 2025. I followed up a few weeks later, then again and was told a few weeks ago that this company no longer does allergy tests, did not provide refund and now have ghosted all my emails. DO NOT BUY from this company. Their reply below states that they reached out and there was an issue with my sample. There was no issue and no email of them reaching out and then in March they advised me that they no longer do allergy tests and would I like a different product, when what I paid for was an allergy test. They since ignored all my emails about a refund.

I didn't receive my test results. After a month's time passing, I called the Live Chat. Jesse was my customer service rep. He quickly found my results and resent them to me. Turns out the original results were sent to the wrong email address.
