Fine until it's not - updated eventually okay
Buying, getting and sending the test off was fine. But then I didn't hear anything for a while and when they finally got back to me a month later it was to say that the labs had discontinued the blood allergy tests. I declined the Hair Resonance with refund of the difference to ask for a full refund as I had actually done the Full Hair Resonance test a few years prior with them. Since then I have not heard a response. The phone number is no longer operational and recommends live chat, live chat directs to email and email is silent. Before this, I would say they were good but after a month of silence and 2 months where the communication was poor I can no longer recommend them with trust. Update 14/52025 With a refund finally approved I do feel relieved with Allergy Test Australia again. Hopefully future communication will be improved as it was stressful in the meantime but at least they are trustworthy.
