The whole team at AGI are outstanding. Professional and on the ball. They have such great knowledge of their trades and i can not ask for more from them. Love speaking with everyone and look forward to many years ahead in this ever growing friendship and relationship.
Set up my business in January and have used AGO Global Logistics exclusively for my international shipping. Both on import and export consignments. Ranging from one pallet to 20ft containers. Rates are fair and the services is excellent, with someone always keeping me up to date regarding my shipments along the way. From collection to delivery and assisting with complex documentation.
We are a transport company and completed some deliveries for AGI, the only thing is we area still waiting a payment in August for a June invoice! Despite several emails & phone calls the debt remains unpaid, account shave our invoices and details of the job and nothing is disputed!
Russell and his team went above and beyond to help us find suitable transport in such short notice. Nothing was too much trouble and even came to meet us in person to make sure they understood our needs. We will definitely be using these guys again in the future!
So refreshing to find a shipping company that really cares! Chloe was really patient and helped me with all the paperwork, finding the correct export codes etc. as I have never sent anything by freight before. Her communication was brilliant, as was Lottie's and the others involved. The drivers who collected and dropped back were really friendly and polite. The shipment was all smooth and arrived safely and on time. I can't wait to use their services again, I highly recommend them.
We have recently moved all our international shipping requirements over to AGI. "So glad we did". Very helpful, very professional and great communications.
AGI Global has impeccable customer service making sure they are with you throughout the journey. Had a few freight forwarders but nothing comes close, thank you
