We can't fault the service we receive from AGI, the customer service from Bobby, Marcus and their team is second to none. We have been using AGI for the past year for shipments from Germany, France, Australia and Italy, to name a few. Would highly recommend.

Had a very last minuet request from one of our customers that needed a part urgently, but the part was in Scotland and the customer was in Norwich. We contacted Gary at AGI, and he was able to mobilise the same day and got the parts shipped and delivered the same day saving our customer further downtime on their power plant! Great customer service and will certainly use again and recommend.

We have been using AGI for a few years now. Great service and great communication from the team and Jens in particular. If there are any issues, he always sorts them without any problems and follows up with a call. Their Customs team is great too!

Jens Dunne is the star of the show at AGI , he makes the whole process seemless for us, the best hauliage company we have worked with thanks to Jens .

I have been dealing with AGI for a while now and without any issues. Quotes are always sent back promptly and are very competitive. if I ever need help with anything they are always on hand and definitely my go to company.

Excellent friendly service and support, no issues recommending this company.

Paul Lewis and Tom Wright are excellent to deal with. They make shipping an easy process, support is second to none. Quoting they are always first back, price wise always spot on. But for me its the service you get, it makes all the difference. They genuinely care about your business and as such do everything they can to make things easy and hassle free. In the rare occasion a delay has happened they are always striaght on it with solutions and assistance. They are my number 1 choice always.

Great expercience, with a very helpfull Folkstone desk - Matt B. . I will certainly use this company for future custom support when importing in the EU.

Lottie at AGI Bristol was superb in her professionalism and cheerfulness when dealing with my import. I will certainly use AGI Bristol again. Highly recommended !!

I have hired company to do import from China. Had to cancel the job(didn't meet deadline). Company keep sending invoice to pay even they have not completed the job. When tried to sort out the problem they have not answered my phone calls or replied to the emails. Do not recommend.

Hassan is a great contact for shipping and freight both in the UK and internationally. Always responds quickly to my enquires and I have confidence that if we had any issues (not that we have!) they would be resolved efficiently.

Hassan and the team at Pontypridd are a dream to work with. We use them for our air sea and even rail requirements. Excellent customer service and communication always with them. Thanks guys

Tiffani at the AGI Immingham office is simply the best! Always going the extra mile to get competitive rates very quickly. Top service!!

Simon and the team (Tea,Ella and Sasha) at AGI have been great from day one. We have now chosen AGI Global to be our carrier of choice due to the service and personal touch offered. No size of compliment is enough for this team of really great people.

Working with AGI has been quite refreshing, fair rates and clear communication. Would like to commend Andy for managing our hauls start to end, fixing issues as they arise and keeping everyone in the chain updated.

Lisa, Tea and AGI team have been amazing. We started working with AGI in the middle of last year after being approached by Lisa. The timing was perfect as i was facing issues with our stalwart agents and wanted to give AGI the opportunity. All I can say is they nailed it, sorted the whole process for me without me having to get regularly involved. But they really showed their worth when I faced issues and they took control and found a solution. AGI Global are now a firm partner for Blue Badger and hope they will be for years to come.

Top class service and communication. Friendly staff and one of the very few transport companies we deal with now who we can completely rely on. Highly recommended.
