Customer Service Recovery at it's Finest!
We wanted to order a set of pads & battery for a unit no longer manufactured, and found the price almost triple what was paid previously. This is what happens once a product is no longer manufactured, retail pricing increases drastically. This pricing was a fairly universal price across distributors, so it was not a vendor specific pricing issue, just mentioning this to be fair. As we were pondering what we wanted to do, and somewhat later began to place the order, a coupon popped up just after we hit the order button, even less than a minute later. Now too late to apply the coupon code, we tried the chat button, and after verifying what happened, and explaining where the coupon came in from, the service representative made it possible for us to receive the coupon discount, even though the order had been placed less than a minute before we realized the coupon came in. This was excellent service recovery in progress, and it made a difference in helping to lower the increased pricing of the accessories we needed. Thank you for honoring your coupon code, even though it came in right after we hit the order button. Much appreciated customer service! Product was shipped and received in a very reasonable amount of time after placing the order. We would recommend this vendor if you want fair, fast and reliable service.
