The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. They kept me informed the whole time, which other agents have not. I would use them again in the future

Would recommend Acorn Estate Agent

Would recommend Acorn Estate Agent, my property was sold within a week of being on the market, Dammy was ace, he provided me with relevant information, and kept me updated throughout the process. I have received excellent service from Acorn, I love the fact that all the staff are willing to help with queries. Would use your services again, unfortunately won’t be moving anytime soon, found my dream home. Thank you guys....

If you are thinking of selling your home…do NOT use Acorn Estate Agents

If you are thinking of selling your home please do not use Acorn Estate Agents. They will not sell your home. They will keep you in the dark over what is happening to the sale. They never get back to you. They are rude and abrupt if you pester them over the sale. They will cause you a lot of stress and you will lose the home you wanted to move into. Footnote: I am now paying council tax on an empty house due to Acorn's reluctance to keep me informed on what was truly happening in the chain.

If I could give 0 star I would.

If I could give 1 star I would.. been their tenant for almost a decade and when the roof if the property falling down destroying my belongings and I had to move, the property manager Jessica based in Bromley gave the worst reference about me and 11 day rent arrears when in fact they have £1200 in deposit and choose to maliciously sabotage me is terrible when I have never missed a rent payment.

Exceptionally poor property management…

Exceptionally poor property management company. As others have noted, constant changes to the account manager, cancelled appointments, accusations of not being up to date with payments (lots of time spent proving I made early payments), claim they had keys for showing property only to find they didn't on the day requiring me to rush home, attempt at getting us to pay for another deep clean at check-out and to top it off 2 month wait to have our deposit returned. The sheer incompetence of Acorn is incredible and would avoid at all costs.

I have to say that the experience we…

I have to say that the experience we had with Acorn Estate Agents in Swanley was absolutely one of the best experiences with any estate agents I have experienced. Mark Sugarman, the Manager, went above and beyond to assist us in finding a rental property at a suitable price and in a suitable area to cater for all our needs. I have nothing but good woods to say for the whole team. We have lived at the property for almost a year now and I have had no complaints with Acorns. We will definitely use them again when the time comes.

Absolutely fantastic

I would like to thank the entire team for all their hard work and efforts throughout the whole buying process. They were amazing. I wasnt selling through them i was buying. Mark showed us around the house and even layed on the floor to show us a bath would fit 🤣. Speaking to Hayley and Mark throughout the whole process was fantastic. Every time I rang I got an answer straight away. Spoke to megan a few times and she was fantastic as well. These guys really know how to look after people and are really good estate agents ! Would definitely sell with them in the future. Thanks again for all your hard work

When is a Deep Clean not a Deep Clean?

I was charged £282 by Acorn which was for a 'deep clean' when I eventually moved out of a two-bedroom flat. £282 to clean 4 rooms! Must be some clean I thought. Wrong! When I moved in, the flat was filthy, dirt under beds, floors not clean, fridge not clean, freezer doors frozen (so couldn't be cleaned). Acorn informed me it would be cleaned before I moved in. When I questioned this they maintained it had been cleaned and that the cleaners do not move furniture (during a 'deep clean'!). They apologised for the rest of the dirt the cleaners didn't clean. I have just moved out and was looking forward to the Inventory Check-out stating how clean the property was (after the £282 cleaning for just 4 rooms). Not so fast!!! My inventory check-out states, and I quote " cleaned domestically to a poor standard". That's the statement the owner gets - after me parting with £282 two years ago!

Amazing experience

So guys I been for more 2 months to found the property really hard time , but then I meet Nicholas helpfull fantastic Agent from Acorn in Streatham hill, and only 1 week I found amazing property Brand new . So if you Looking for the house go to Nicholas Henderson .
