The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Acorn Estate Agents Camberwell

If you're selling your house I'd avoid Acorn Estate Agents in Camberwell at all costs, if however you want to start a circus ... then they're are the people to go to as it appears they're all vying to be clowns. The house is in an affluent part of south London and prepped to a high standard. Guess what? They couldn't get me an offer in over six months. It was often comical at one point some clueless punter was taken to see the house 5 times ... with all his family. I mean the house is nice but it isn't Windsor castle, 5 viewings? Who has ever heard of that?! Their excuse was that the house was "full of old fings". By that they meant Georgian antiques and paintings. What does my furniture have to do with selling the house? They then suggested to reduce the house price by 30k as the market had "changed in the past two weeks". And all this for 2% commission! More fool me ... or you if you decide to hitch your wagon to these donkeys. Describe Acorn Estate Agents in Camberwell in three words? Clueless, asinine, unprofessional.

massive issues with heating and water. ACORN NO HELP AT ALL

since we moved in 2/3 weeks ago we have had constant issues with our boiler and our water. chasing down updates on what will be done about it is exhausting and painful. we have been told multiple times we will recieve a call back and never recieved one. the issue was a major problem but now we have nothing but grey water coming out of our taps. help from the acorn group is non existent and makes me wonder why I'm paying such a large amount of rent for a property that doesnt even have heating or clean drinking water. beware of the lack of help provided from this managing agent!

I wouldn't extend the following praise…

I wouldn't extend the following praise to Acorn in general, especially since I had a very bad experience with their Camberwell branch, but Nicholas Henderson deserves all the praise I can give. He was alone in understanding where I was coming from and alone in actually trying to help in what was a stressful and very frustrating situation. Effectively he made good what his Camberwell colleagues ruined. Personable, with a listening ear, and very efficient too.

Best Agents we have bought through

I bought my new home via Acorn Estate Agents in dartford- Daniel the manager personally dealt with our sale and i couldn’t fault him. We had a 5 house chain and endless bumps via solicitors, daniel was the glue that held us all together and was so clear, concise and clever through out! Slick and efficient from start to finish! Thank you daniel and Acorn Dartford! Superstars!

Dealing with acorn head account…

Dealing with acorn head account management team from the head office is not only paintuful but mentally exhausting. Not only that the people working there are not familiar with all the new regulations imposed by the government but they are misleading (writing false emails) and dishonest. Getting several emails explaining that I was owed variation of refunds from the agency just to learn that actually I own them a renewal fee. So far notting has been done about it. Stay away from Acorn!!!

As the intermediary for the freeholders…

As the intermediary for the freeholders of a small block of flats situated the Forest Hill area I have had the pleasure of dealing with Acorn Estate Management for over 10 years. Acorn provide a professional, excellent, polite, efficient & where necessary advisory service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Acorn as managing agents. This has been so since the beginning of the relationship. I have found the staff helpful & some like Sarah & David are always prepared to go that extra mile if necessary.

Good Company

Dealing with Alex Sealey at Acorn, Helpful, polite, straightforward and a thoroughly nice bloke all the way through. Didnt end up completing with them in the end (long story) but would't hesitate to use them in future, mainly due to his handling of my enquiry this time out.

I have mixed feelings about my…

I have mixed feelings about my experience with acorn because it's not nice having to judge the company due to one member of staff behaviour. Fair enough a ccj was found on my file but as soon as the ccj came up the staff responsible for my case became uninterested, stopped returning and picking my calls. I had to track him down through the company phone. He basically did not care. Bare in mind my deposit money is still with the company. After a few days of receiving completely air from the agent, I gave up and wanted and requested for my money back. There was no need to get rude to them because im sure thats what they expected but the level of professionalism was -0! My partner and myself was extremely appalled. I had to leave and find another lettings agency elsewhere.

Property sold!

I asked 3 different estate agents to value my property and Acorn, Swanley returned the best, most realistic valuation with very comparable rate of commission. They produced an impressive, high standard brochure for my property. Within one week I had approximately 6 positive viewings and within 3 weeks I accepted an offer and have just exchanged on the sale. I’d like to thank all the team at Acorn for their due diligence, dedication and professionalism throughout, in particular Hayley Gardner-Bryant, Kieron Russell and Mark Sugarman, who showed great team work throughout.
