In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best.
If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them.

Acorn (and Jamie in particular) have been terrific at making sure our rental flat is fully up to date with legal requirements. Jamie is very prompt and clear in communication; wonderful to have such great customer service!

I can't understand why I had so few viewings with Acorn in Grove Park over the course of two months. I can only say that a new agent sold my house in just over a week and in that time I had three offers.
I called Acorn many times to resolve an on going matter with my tenants and Melisa Kurban handled the matter promptly and efficiently. I am pleased with the service as she was polite and concluded an issue that was taking months in a matter of days. I would recommend Melisa from the Dartford branch at anytime.
I am a very dissatisfied landlord. I have allowed you to manage some of my properties over several years. The competency of your rental managers is a gamble. It has got so bad that I wish to complain. I have no details of line managers I can address my concerns to. Why do you not have a complaints process via your website?

Ok I recently purchased my new house through Dan in the Dartford branch. I can say that he was down to earth and very helpful in every aspect. He was continuously contacting me and updating me every step of the way. Sorting out numerous problems that unfortunately unfolded through the covid 19 with my purchase.
I would thoroughly recommend them if you want your sale pushed through with no messing about. Dan was available on his personal mobile at all hours. He is very knowledgeable about all the criteria that I needed advice on and very personable. His professional attitude was second to none.... Acorn are Lucky to have such a driven member of there team. So was I. π

They show you a big, nice and cheap house ...
They rush you to lock down the house immediately so that you can't find out about them well
They tell you yes to everything and do not worry about anything that they will work hard for you and practically guarantee that the house is yours

It sells you a dream, it seduces you, it makes you think that you are doing the business of your life and then it disappears until a few days before the move, to ask you for a lot of extra documents (apart from all those that we had already delivered via email when we received the confirmation that the house was ours) all this with a baby on the way, with the previous contract that ended in 2 days and 6 months of covid in which unfortunately we were with the universal credit and little else, they knew that we would not pass the requirements of the landlord from the beginning and they waited for the last minute for us to collapse with the pressure ...
They asked us for 6 months of rent to save our deposit
they left us in the street with a newborn girl and without a roof to shelter us
You called and they didn't answer, and when they answered you they asked you for more and more documents, all this in times of covid
Really need a 0 star rating.Once they have your money it is over for you.As tenants you get no support whatsoever.Out of 4 property managers we had in the 2 year tenancy only 1 was good and did his best to assist us when needed.Naturally,after moving out they didn't get in touch with us for 2 months and after WE REACHED OUT to THEM to ask about our deposit back we were told we won't be getting it.Complete shitshow.Avoid at all costs!
