The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. We are still having issues renting a…

We are still having issues renting a place I’m beginning to take things very personal They took over £500 of my money for a holding deposit and now won’t give it back It’s against the law so looking at a small claims court …. Because my referencing didn’t go through / FAILED as they keep saying which makes you feel horrible… Apparently they use it for the cost of referencing… I’ve been private renting for 12 years at my current place … I have a good credit rating …. So something isn’t right Give me back my money 💰

Best service a landlord can get

I am an overseas landlord. Acorn team especially Lilia Ghenim and her back office team has been so helpful in coordinating the move with old tenants to new tenants. She made sure me being so far away is not a concern for anyone. Communication has been crystal clear, service provided is professional and moreover hassle free which is very important for an overseas landlord. Thank you Lilia and team for all the support.

Very Helpful Agency

I could not be happier with the service. I have been in touch with few agents and everyone is so nice within Acorn, but Heidi who is responsible for this property is defo so far the best agent I have ever had, and I rented from different agencies in the past, so I feel lucky right now. She has been always helpful and made me feel comfortable, she always reached out and was available for any of my queries and most importantly actioned everything very promptly! I always felt supported and she actually helped me feel like I am at home rather then just place I am renting which is the reason why I choose to stay with them! I recommend to everyone to get in touch with Acorn Estate Agents 100% 👏🏼

Great staff.

I have to say that the staff at Acorn (especially Tanya Weise) are incredibly skilled at liasing with tenants. It can often be a hard and thankless position but Tanya fulfills her brief with enormous patience and sensitivity.

Excellent service

Excellent service, sold our house in one day. Pictures looked great lots of advise and support from Matt and his team. Kept us informed of progress and quickly dealt with any issues. Would recommend using Acorn to anyone considering selling their property.

Excellent customer service

It was my great pleasure recently to meet with a member of the Senior Lettings team at Acorn, to consider management of my property. They were punctual, knowledgeable, efficient ( without being officious), they followed up with emails, and gave us space to consider our decision. I have not seen customer service of this quality for many years, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering letting their properties.
