The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

Great experience

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Cailey Howard, who is my property manager at Acorn, has been absolutely wonderful. She is personable, efficient and swift to sort out any difficulties that arise and I feel that my property is being very well managed. Thank you so much Cailey for all your work.

Fantastic account management

Fantastic account management Acorn have been the managing agent for my rental property for over 2 years now. Both account managers Luisa and now Cailey have been friendly, efficient and professional. I am confident my tenants are listened to and that I am given all the pertinent information about the property itself. Would recommend!

Worst Estate agency in Lewisham is ACORN

Worst agency in Lewisham. It took ages to complete my checks. Since receiving my money,is not responding for 9 days already to any emails or calls . On condition they are supposed to manage the property aswell. Any landlord would be mad to trust them with MANAGEMENT.

Cant fault their Eltham High Street branch

Sold through Acorn in 2021 and was pleased with the service. Both Oliver & Max were great, very helpful, and always available if I had any problems, which I did have at one point when my buyer pulled out, however it wasn’t long until they found me another. Also, when Oliver first visited my property he was the most professional of the estate agents I contacted, which is what persuaded me to use Acorn even though they weren’t the cheapest fee-wise. Dominic was also really helpful with the after-sales service.

Excellent service from Rubeena and…

Excellent service from Rubeena and Lilia. They really took her time in making sure we were well informed throughout the process and they continually assured us that we were in safe hands. We can honestly say they went above and beyond in making sure everything was done including chasing up other departments to speed up process. They were quick to respond to all our enquiries and checked on us after the process to ensure we settled in well. We can't recommend them enough.
