The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Racist group

Had a viewing booked recently and a couple (asian) had viewed the property before us arriving and had said in passing that the agent was very rude and had made remarks assuming that this was NOT the place for them. Of course me and my partner (black) decided to judge with our own selves and from the get go the agent in particular gave a frosty reception when seeing us. I went to put my hand out to shake and was rebuffed and when saying hello the reply was just straight to showing us the property. There was no eye contact or friendly smile and when we asked questions we was hit with blunt and to the point answers. There definitely was a air of that this place was NOT for us also and not even a goodbye or next steps if we was interested. When trying to ring through, the agent was never available and when speaking to someone on behalf of the agent we was hit with rudeness and abruptness and to this day have had no response from thr agent or company. Of course you can judge for yourselves but I would save yourself the bother and go elsewhere or suffer the same fate as the other couple as well as ourselves.

Brilliant people providing excellent service

Professional, efficient and friendly service from all the staff I had contacts with. Davide took the time to explain everything on my first visit at the Acorn office in Kennington and also answered all my questions when he visited and took amazing pictures of my flat. Damian dealt with the viewings and keep it me informed all the time about offers and how things were progressing. I did not meet Lorrell in person but she replied to emails in seconds and explained every requirements and was always available over the phone. They were all brilliant and made my first experience letting out my flat stress free. Acorn definitely have got the right people to provide an excellent service and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

Dammy is a star

Dammy and his colleagues at the brockley offices went above and beyond on a difficult purchase There were a number of issues that held things up and he was cool and collected and behind the scenes smoothing out of issues I genuinely believe without this input the purchase would have faltered Very professional and reliable. From my experience I would recommend Acorn with complete confidence from offer to completion they were always available and always helpful and attentive to the progress of the transaction.

We have 2 properties rented via Acorn

We have 2 properties, both rented out via Acorn. They have been brilliant and extremley professional. I would point out that Jamie Perrin is an outstanding and calm property manager who has been extremly heplful with dealing with problem tenants. Harry Frankland is our lettings agent who has been really thorough in finding the right tenant for the property. I would highly recommend Acorns services. I feel they are are much more professional and good as compared to other agents in the market.

Strood sale

We dealt with Jake and Chris from the strood office, they were great and communication was fantastic. From open day to completion was 14 weeks, they generated a lot of interest in our property and the photos turned out really well. Thanks Jake, Chris and the wider Acorn Strood team.

After the death of our Dad

After the death of our Dad, my sister and I decided to sell the family home. Richard Allen from the Catford branch of Acorn came to visit us and to see the house. At what was an extremely emotional time he guided us through the sales procedure. Richard was very straight forward to deal with, He has an engaging, calm manner and we felt very reassured using him. Other members of the team were also involved in the day to day dealings through the course of the sale and the whole team worked well for us. They were quick to come back to us with any queries that we raised and our family home now has a new chapter with a young family.
