The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Top marks to Blake Kingston

Blake Kingston is the guy you want when you need help. There was a difficult tenant leaving, incurred a debt with EDF and EDF disconnected the gas supply to the property. It proved almost impossible to get it reconnected - hours of phone calls, e-mails and messages over three weeks did not work. (Avoid EDF if you can). Blake provided an enormous help and managed what I was unable to achieve. He also provided competent advice and help with several other issues - cannot praise him high enough.

The best Estate agents in Medway

Just about to Exchange on our property. Brilliant job done by the sales team in Rainham office, after so many letdowns by an other Estate agent who we felt did not act in our best interest, we switched to Acorn. We were taken by surprise, ACORN Estate Agents Rainham, friendly but professional the sales team got to work straight away. Great advice, superb communication throughout and they go out of the way to accommodate your requirements. Can't thank Mark and his team enough. We can't recommend them enough.

We are thrilled to have worked with Acorn Estate Agents. Josh, Alesha and Jake were instrumental to us getting our dream home. They are so wonderful. Josh was always able to keep us calm and reassure us that everything was going to be ok. He would always chase every party involved to get the correct answers. We are so grateful and without a doubt, expect many visits from us. Especially being that your office is not far from our house. Amazing team we cannot recommend enough :-)

Godefroy the Great Acorn

Godefroy from ACORN Estate Agents Camberwell has been a true gem. Godefroy found us a buyer within a few weeks and he kept us updated at all time chasing both sides buyer and seller. We knew at all time which solicitor to chase so they could make excuses... We set up a WhatsUp group with my flatmates so Godefroy advised us before each visit. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The Head office is also on the ball. They were available and took time to explain when we had questions. I highly recommend ACORN. A 5 stars Service !!! Thank you ACORN Team.

ACORN ELTHAM (COWBOYS)

We are still having issues renting a place. They took Β£350 from my partner for a holding deposit and now won’t give it back This is due to a paid CCJ which I was clearly not aware affected my credit going forward as my credit rating is decent. If i knew that a paid CCJ would sit on my file for 6 years then of course i would of made this aware on the offer form. Because my referencing didn’t go through / FAILED as they keep saying which makes you feel like a liar which I am NOT! I have sent a further email asking for this to be looked into but have now found myself ignored. Apparently they use it for the cost of referencing… I’ve been private renting for 10 years at my current place … I have a decent credit rating and have shown that my partner and I can clearly afford the rent. Give me back my money please This was Rachel Butcher from the Eltham branch who has been ignoring me ever since. Customer service is shocking and appealing. *UPDATE 05/11 - Have now received the full holding deposit refund but it took for this review to get the potential ball running*
