The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Acorn still the worst - 2 years later

In August 2021, I placed a review regarding this company. It's September 2022 and this is what happened. 1. They rightly made us certifying our building with the EWS1 (good); 2. The contractor who was supposed to fix our intercom (in 2019) said WE (the directors) were too demanding/late to reply. I took the ownership of it and fixed and replaced 11 intercom phones (for free); 3. Every time Acorn called any of the contractors they fixed something but oddly few weeks later there was always something else to fix. Even recently, Acorn hired a new electricity contractor which spotted a problem the previous contractor said they fixed. We all wondered why the previous one didn't fix it. 4. Our Acorn Manager left, we have now 2 temporary ones: we asked to have spreadsheet with all the outstanding task. They send us a spreadsheet titled: "St. Michaels Courts". Yeah right, THAT'S NOT US!!! 5. The twin building next to ours, still have to have their intercom fixed (2 years) and their fence redone. 6 They are REALLY GOOD at charging us their fee! Oh when we asked for an extra meeting to discuss all these issues, they replied with their charging fee.

I rented my flat through Acorn

I rented my flat through Acorn. They have been fantastic, especially Mauricio & Davide. They have been professional and informative throughout the process. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

7 days and then the BEST

I spent the last 7 days looking at flats, and Mauricio from the Acorn group has been the most professional among each real estate agent I met. His ear and taste are superb. He heard our needs and walked us through the process of securing a flat; he helped us find a home! I highly recommend him; he's genuinely an expert, and his service is flawless. Thank you, Mauricio!

Best Agency, definitely recommend!

We were in a hurry for flat hunting. Then we came across with Acorn Estate Agents. The staffs were very helpful in every way and replied to our emails back right away. The staff were keen on keeping us updated with everything. We were able to eventually find a flat and settled in. Definitely recommend!

General service

I am more than happy to recommend the service provided by Mer Alarcon. She is very polite and kind, she listens to my demands as a renter and she does call checks. When I requested to substitute the taps in the bathroom's sink as suggested by the plumber on a house visit, she swiftly noticed the landlord. Soon, the taps were changed. Also, she rang to inspect the smoke/CO2 alarms. That is an important health and safety issue. She is calm and attentive. She shows awareness of the crisis of the present rent market, that is extremely expensive for tenants. And, for any update she uses her good offices to act as an intermediate between me and the landlord. Overall, she has provided a satisfactory service.

Swanley Acorn Ace it

We would like to thank Hayley, Rhea, Blaise and the rest of the team for making the selling process so easy, previous experience was not so pleasant. They did exactly what they said they were going to do when we first met Hayley, kept us informed through out the process, answered calls and returned them if they were busy on other lines, progressed solicitors and were always pro-active. They remained professional at all times. A confident young team that worked well together and you can see they have been trained to an excellent standard. Defiantly recommend Swanley Office and have done so with another property sold subject to contract going through at the moment with Family.

Expert Local Knowledge

Acorn did an excellent job when I was selling my flat. They know the local market well and were quick to adapt to a surge in demand. From beginning to end, they were supportive and communication with them was excellent. As they have a number of offices in South East London, my property was marketed widely. I had around 25 viewings (it was difficult to keep up with all the bookings!) on the first weekend and found a buyer very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

5-star service from a 5-star team at Acorn Swanley.

We recently employed Acorn at Swanley to deal with the sale of our property. The 3 agents we approached were were broadly in line with each other regarding fees. So, this left us with the remaining decision of who the best agent in our opinion and who made us feel confident that they would not only deliver, but provide the best quality service overall. We felt that Hayley and the team at Acorn could do this for us. Acorn were confident that we could also achieve a better sale price the other 2 rivals quoted us, but as those 2 were both aligned on their valuations, we did not know if Acorn were the outlier in the market ? We questioned, but Hayley's confidence in the market, together with the specific sales evidence provided, made us feel it was definitely worth a shot and we signed a short 4-week contract to ask Acorn to demonstrate this via actual results. Acorn promptly marketed the property brilliantly and the images taken by their photographer, represented the property extremely well, immediately gaining massive interest in the property online and resulting in a full day of viewings within 24hrs of going online. The viewings happened the next Saturday and they provided us with immediate feedback via phone of the interest achieved from the viewings that day. We were delighted on Monday morning to have received a number of offers over the guide price. Acorn had not only met their original estimation, but a bit more too ! For any issues or queries that arose during the process, Acorn negotiated everything on our behalf with care, skill and attention to detail, representing us professionally at all times and ensuring we were happy with the outcome achieved. The team's energy, commitment to quality and communication at all times, has been first class ! We would be happy to recommend or use them again without any hesitation. A massive thank you to Acorn Swanley and all of the team !
