Overall it was good. The instructors were knowledgeable and accessible. The time commitment was a bit more than I anticipated but it was doable. I had some trouble with some of the playbook as far as understanding the tasks at first but ChatGPT helped with some good examples and directions. I felt the Google Certifications were unexpectedly difficult as the information covered in the class was very superficial. The questions felt unfamiliar but I took notes and was able to study after the first attempt and pass the next time.

The instructors were brilliant at their knowledge and kind but terrible teachers. I don't feel like I learned much of anything t all more that what I learned just using the trailhead.

The structure on the course overall was really nice. It help me to learn and understand the concepts.

The course did a very good job of teaching the ways to build effective AI prompts. The course moves along quickly. The course is very current and includes updates that occur during the course. A definite must for everyone.

I was super excited to take this course and to be a part of a “learner forward” group. The weekly interactive sessions were the most exciting and being able to set my own pace was absolutely the main requirement for my hectic lifestyle. The one disappointment I can’t hide is that despite numerous attempts to connect with the teaching assistant or moderator- not sure what her title was, but her name was Daisy was that she never EVER followed up with me. At times it would take weeks to get a response back from her, which is a stressful response because everything was timed out on a weekly criteria. She mislead me three times with a follow up email stating she’d “love to schedule something with me” but never not once ever provided her availability nor an interest in my questions I had with the detail-specific coursework. This was very frustrating. To be lead to believe she would arrange something, or even initiate an interest into my questions was incredibly lame and unprofessional especially as I was certain her participation was a guaranteed part of the course I paid for.

I could not tell if my work was accepted or not. Then I caught up and submitted my remaining work only to receive communication that I had not completed the course. It’s very confusing. I also feel like it lacked content considerably. I still don’t know how to get a job as a promt engineer

I felt like the information was too general for the certification tests and it should have been mentioned that the courses provided by the certifications would take upwards of an additional 5 hours each. There were a lot of mentions of other technical aspects like html coding that would have to be implemented but no instruction on how to do that or how to start. Without the code, tracking the analytics is pointless.

I enjoyed learning in each module and being able to put into practice what I learned.

The course was highly informative. The instructors were knowledgeable and presented the material in an engaging, easy to follow manner. The course outline and accompanying resources were well structured and thoughtfully curated. While the content was substantial, having access to it for a full year post completion is the icing on the cake.

I really enjoyed the course. They give tons of information and resources. The certifications were hard to pass, but I was able to get it done. Great place to start for someone interested in Digital Marketing or looking to learn more.

I liked the DMS course modules. Some industry experts were definitely stronger than others. The modules could be more consistent in the way instructors presented and organized module content. Experts seemed to have their own methods and approach to conveying course content so learners had to continually adapt to presentation methods. I think the DMS estimated weekly time commitment for this course for learners was waaaayyyy off base. Studying for the 3 additional and required certifications (Google Search Ads, Google Analytics and HubSpot) took a lot more time to complete than indicated. I think this a serious disservice (perhaps even misleading) to participants who make a decision to take the course based on their available free time. I had to overextend myself for many weeks to successfully meet the requirements to complete the course, primarily studying for and taking the additional course certifications. The live sessions were only marginally helpful. It was nice to have some community but my guide, while nice and supportive, provided little actual extra value to the course. She was not able to advise satisfactorily on how to study for certifications or even answer specific questions on certification module coursework questions.

I felt the course was great! I liked the teaching style and it was easy to follow. I can recommend.
