Really helped me have an understanding of how I can use AI for work and home.
The course was very well organized, expectations very clear, instructors were all excellent, subject matter presented both concisely and lots of information.
Ziplines is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate professional and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and communication.

I had a great experience learning with Ziplines.com. The training is well-designed to help anyone achieve success. The guided videos are particularly clear, especially with transcript video. It's brilliant for non-English speakers!
I thought the class was great. The instructors were really helpful and being able to follow the video in text was also great. The testing and projects really reinforced the content. If I had one suggestion, I thought the screen shots were a clunky way to answer the playbook assignment questions - but not a big deal
Taking the Ziplines Education course has been one of the most impactful and grounding experiences I’ve had in recent months. I enrolled during an incredibly difficult season of my life. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed and genuinely challenging in the best way. The modules offered clear instruction, engaging content, and opportunities to apply what I was learning in a real, tangible way. Completing the projects felt like milestones, not just assignments—and having them reviewed and graded added a layer of encouragement and accountability that I truly appreciated. ’m incredibly grateful to Ziplines Education for creating a program that not only equips learners with practical skills but also supports personal growth during life’s toughest transitions. This course helped me stay grounded, motivated, and hopeful—and for that, I can’t thank them enough.
Ms Stephanie Bennet was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. Ms.Nia was very knowledgeable about the topics. the classmates are very encouraging. more power!
The course was well designed and laid out, convenient access and easy to use. 10/10 for the content, the relevant and useful lessons.
I learned so much. I found the pace worked well with my work schedule. I appreciated how accessible Robert and Kevin were. My one suggestion is that the Monday evening class could be handled in 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours.
Great teaching and projects for awesome learning.
Taking this AI class in a hybrid format was a highly effective experience for me. The combination of Zoom meetings and Slack discussions allowed me to connect meaningfully with classmates and stay engaged throughout the course. These virtual interactions helped me remain present and actively involved in the learning process. The syllabus served as a clear roadmap, guiding me through the learning management system (LMS) and helping me navigate assignments, resources, and expectations with confidence. Slack became a central hub for ongoing communication and collaboration, making it easy to ask questions, share ideas, and stay in sync with the class community. This hybrid approach thoughtfully leveraged the strengths of each platform to create a flexible, supportive, and interactive learning environment. The learning activities and resources provided practical, real-world applications of course concepts, which deepened my understanding and made the content come alive. Overall, this course not only strengthened my knowledge of AI, but also modeled an effective structure for adult learning in digital spaces.
My experience with this course was great. I discovered a whole new world about AI and how it can make my job easier by helping me get more done in less time. While the course was primarily geared toward businesses in the private sector, I found myself wishing for more examples relevant to education. With over 25 years of experience in the education field, I found some of the assignments challenging because they were focused on business applications. Even so, the exposure to AI's potential was eye-opening, and I’m excited to explore how it can be applied to my role as an educator.
Solid foundational course. Good interaction with instructors. Would have appreciated more feedback on projects.
I recently completed the AI Prompting course offered online through NJIT. Overall, the course had some well-structured content and promising areas of focus, but it fell short in several key aspects that impacted the learning experience. What Worked Well: Modules 2 and 3 stood out for their clear organization and engaging teaching style. These sessions felt intentional and well-designed, offering useful insights into prompting frameworks and practical application techniques. The structure of these modules made it easier to stay engaged and absorb the material. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, Modules 1 and 4 felt significantly less structured—more like unscripted rambling than targeted instruction. Additionally, the course leaned heavily on cutting and pasting content into slide decks, which felt repetitive and underwhelming given the course price. I expected more rigor and polish from a program associated with a university like NJIT. Timing also posed challenges. The weekly live sessions often lagged behind the current module, which disrupted the momentum of the course. For example, the final and most anticipated module—Data Analysis and Visualization—never had a live session at all. As someone who completed all assignments promptly and was eager to dive deeper into this topic, this was particularly disappointing. Support was also inconsistent. Grades were not returned in a timely manner, and there were delays in communication from the student support team. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, I expected the institution (Zipline or NJIT) to have backup coverage in place. Takeaways: On the positive side, the course validated how much I’ve already learned through self-study. It also provided a formal certificate that reflects my knowledge of AI prompting. However, for learners looking to go deeper into applied areas like data analysis and visualization, I would recommend seeking more specialized programs. For instance, Wharton's dedicated six-month course in that domain—although significantly more expensive—seems more aligned with those goals. Recommendation: I’d recommend this course for individuals who are brand new to AI prompting and looking for a general introduction. It may not be the best fit for those with prior experience or looking for advanced or professionally oriented instruction.
Great topic, Kevin. unbelievable great instructor
This course was ok, information was relevant, and somewhat engaging. Definitely overpriced for what you get.
Coursework was good and easy to follow, I didn't always get responses to questions I'd ask though—especially if they were technical.
I think all of the instructors were knowledgeable and presented the information in a way that no matter what your comfort level with the material you were able to understand and learn
the class did teach me a few things, but I did feel like it was leaning too musch on marketing. I'm not in marketing and while I was able to complete some of the online coursework, the tasks felt like they leaned heavy on that side. The first two week covered to types of prompting - which could have been consolidated into the first week. From the learning perceptive, you introduce prompting types that can accommodate a diverse user set.
Everything was great. If I had to suggest anything it would be to add an extra live session as a wrap up meeting.
I enjoyed this course and I have learned so much about AI.
I liked that the course spread out and there was more time to get the work done. I was not a fan of slack or google docs but i got used to it
