My Two Cents
I was super excited to take this course and to be a part of a “learner forward” group. The weekly interactive sessions were the most exciting and being able to set my own pace was absolutely the main requirement for my hectic lifestyle. The one disappointment I can’t hide is that despite numerous attempts to connect with the teaching assistant or moderator- not sure what her title was, but her name was Daisy was that she never EVER followed up with me. At times it would take weeks to get a response back from her, which is a stressful response because everything was timed out on a weekly criteria. She mislead me three times with a follow up email stating she’d “love to schedule something with me” but never not once ever provided her availability nor an interest in my questions I had with the detail-specific coursework. This was very frustrating. To be lead to believe she would arrange something, or even initiate an interest into my questions was incredibly lame and unprofessional especially as I was certain her participation was a guaranteed part of the course I paid for.
