Overall good course, lots of good information and material. I believe course could have been completed in 7-8 weeks. Homework was a bit problematic beyond week 7, very vague instructions and focused on using applications that we may never use again; not really related to the course material but more about on how to use the applications.

I took Digital Marketing Science Course online 10 week thru the University of Utah. They had so many resources and you are able to complete it even with full time jobs, kids and life throwing at you many obstacles. There are so many tools use to help you achieve success in this class. I love it!!! and I for sure got skills for life. I live 5hrs from the U, and this online course was just what I needed. Portia was a great professor and Maria held my hand thru the course.

Before this course, I only dabbled once before with ChatGPT. So, there was a lot of information in the beginning, and I kind of struggled at the start. However, I kept grinding through and learning. I got a lot out of the training modules and the playbook assignments. We used AI in ways that I probably wouldn't have learned on my own. I feel this course and the training modules really improved my understanding of AI, and improved my prompting skills by the end of the course.

I especially appreciate your flexibility in allowing me to complete the course beyond the expected timeframe. I faced some personal hardships during this period, including limited internet access, job loss, and the challenges of settling into a new place. Your understanding made a big difference, and I’m truly grateful for that support. One suggestion for improvement: it would be much more convenient if participants could download their entire chat history as a single document, rather than having to download each session individually. This small enhancement would make it easier to review and reflect on everything learned. If this is something OpenAI manages, I hope the course team can pass along the feedback.
