Rented a car in Portugal for a month through Zest, which was a great experience from beginning to end. I will use them again for all my car rental needs.

This was the first time I have hire a car for a trip. When looking at the prices for a car hire company in Portugal Zest popped up on my Google search. After looking at different reviews, Booking was straight forward and at a good price with No hidden fees. Their customer service were helpful and efficient also they are based in the UK. We opted for the extra insurance as I wanted to feel safer. All the information we needed was sent via email and also on the app.

The desk in arrivals was busy, but we were dealt with very quickly. the agent gave us all the paperwork very efficiently and sent us on our way to pick up our vehicle. At the vehicle collection point there was no waiting, the car was delivered to us very efficiently. We checked the car with the agent and we were on our way within 20 minutes of collecting our bags. Brilliant

Easy to use website with plenty different model cars to choose from. On arrival at the airport the kiosk was very easy to find, the staff were very efficient and helpful. The the staff went over the car with us pointing out any damage, inside of the car as exceptionally clean. We had no bother with the car whilst on holiday. On return the same professional service, The staff again went over the car to check for damage and an email report sent immediately to us. I would highly recommend this company and we would definitely use them again.

I have used many rental companies over the years but it was only last year with my age creeping up I experienced difficulties. Zest made renting this year painless and simple. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Used Zest for my recent visit to the UK. The booking process was easy and communications up to and through the booking period was good from travel advice to supplying all the required paperwork for the booking. I used Hertz who I found good to use. I would definitely use Zest again to book my vehicle.
