From booking the car to collection and then handing it back was just easy and quick ,will definitely be using this company again and would recommend them to anyone

I have used Zest to hire cars in the Mediterranean region about 40 times over the last 14 years. Except for one occasion their providers have always been up front and honest with their charging, competitively priced and supplied a car in good condition. On the one occasion the provider overcharged me one phone call to zest and the problem was sorted. On one occasion in the 14 years I did book a car hire firm direct ( attracted by a low headline rate and not using Zest) but only regretted it. I’m pretty sure that Zest would not use that particular car hire firm.

The best car rental company we have used. None of the usual delays and paperwork issues. Got the keys, drove the car off, brought the car back and dropped the keys off at the desk. Simples.

Speedy and efficient service. The last thing you need after a flight and lengthy spell coming through Customs is a prolonged pick up. The car hire company got me through the whole process in good time. Very please and am using again in September on my next holiday.

Booking was clear and quick. The customer service was of a high standard by phone and email when I had two queries, and " Pick up and drop off" at the airport was quick and easy too.

I have now used Zest on several occasions and have needed interaction with them on occasions for booking amendments and insurance refunds. They have always provided a human response and have resolved any issues very quickly. I used to buy a separate annual car hire excess insurance but this is not necessary with Zest and they still, in most cases offer the lowest rental prices. While the actual car rental companies used (Alamo, Budget etc) can be of variable quality, Zest give proactive support to ensure the customer is not disappointed. If only parcel couriers, mobile phone networks etc could provide a similar level of service !

Car hire and insurance cover is much easier and stress free when booking with zest. Top-up insurance is worth it for peace of mind for very little money. Collection from Sicily by Car quick and easy at Pisa airport and staff friendly and helpful.

I was recommended Zest from friends and to be honest, I was fearful of local company trying to charge me the surprise extras before and at the end of the rental. I need not have been concerned, the price quoted plus the extra insurance from Zest only came to 190 euro for 10 days, I am thrilled with the experience and cost. No surprises whatsoever. I am recommending Zest to all of my friends and family

The service we received was excellent. I realised I had booked a car at the wrong airport, and Alistair at Zest was so helpful in rearranging the booking at the right airport, and at no extra cost. However, we were then booked with Click Rent at Santiago, and when I checked their reviews, all were appalling, using words like "Avoid" and "Scammers", So in the end, we didn't go ahead with the rental through Zest as we decided it was better to book direct with Sixt. But I would investigate Zest again, next time.

The booking process with Zest was by far the most transparent and easy to navigate of any third party rental site we've used. We used Zest in both Portugal and France and both went perfectly smoothly. Everything was exactly as described during the process and any fees charged on-site by the rental companies were defined in advance in our Zest paperwork. I also found it far easier, and no more expensive, to deal with Zest than with the individual rental companies directly. The process is just so clear, and I had confidence that I knew exactly what I was booking, and what coverages I was receiving for excess damage waivers etc. I will 100% use Zest again!

I have used Zest quite a number of times and have never been disappointed, really good customer service, excellent prices and all the cars that we have been given have been either new or in excellent condition, Also, we always take out the extra cover with them, knowing if anything should happen we are fully covered with no worries of having to pay any fees or lose a deposit. I wouldn’t even think of using another Company, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to all family and friends.

Great selection of rentals. It is easy to choose from a large variety of sizes and prices of car. We use Zest regularly. The most recent rental was an nearly new, fully fearured Kamiq at a great price.

I have used Zest car rental for many years and find them excellent. When I have contacted them they have responded quickly and sorted any issue to my satisfaction. I am going on my second holiday to Portugal in July having visited earlier this month. I have already booked through Zest car rental as I am confident of their trusted service.

Friendly staff, smooth collection and return.....straightforward examination on return as there were already very minor marks on the car, and as this was my first time renting from Movida (not first time renting from Zest) . Will most certainly look at Movida again. Also a plus is rental contract emailed to you and all details, licence,passport etc are on computer. I did ask if I rented from them again would I need to produce these documents again and was informed that I would not need to produce them again? Only very minor issue was picture of car in email had numbers identifying scratches but I couldn't understand same. But not an issue on return...also took pics as always do.

Booked on the app which is simple to use. We have used Zest and Masterkings for 4 years to book our 9 seat mini buses for our golf trips around Portugal picking up from Faro and Lisbon Airports.

Absolutely brilliant customer service (Naomi). I had a slight problem with the local company overcharging me a transfer fee (rental was off airport) but Zest customer service took care of it and now the money has been refunded. Rest of experience first class. Won’t hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.
