Zest are great. The website is quick, the prices are low and they include the extra insurance as standard. I’ve been using them for years and always go back to them. Just used them again for a short trip into the UK, as good as ever.

Great service and a great car

Zest provides a really clear website detailing all costs and charges upfront. The Web pages are easy to navigate and their service was great. The car rental company in Portugal (Lagorent) were very professional and provided great service. I would highly recommend booking through Zest.

Positive experience with Zest. Spanish car hire groups can have a bad name and I’m always wary! Not when booking through Zest. Seamless from start to finish. Booking process was easy and when I contacted them to make a change customer service acted within minutes. Collection at Valencia was easy, meeting point directions were clear and paperwork at off airport location was quick! I was offered extra insurance (no hard sell) or to leave a deposit hold on CC. Lady suggested I took a video of the car and showed all the marks as per paperwork. Drove out within 10 minutes. Return just as simple, car was checked told “perfecto” and driven back to the airport(5 mins) promptly. CC hold removed with 24 hours. Would recommend.
