The lady who I spoke to today on the fone about my quiry was most helpful and very professional polite and kind and she also is a huge credit to Yorkshire water company I recommend her a pay rise as she made the whole experience one of the best I have ever had on the fone to date She is outstanding at her job 💯

Had to contact Yorkshire Water having moved into a property 3 months ago without informing them of opening meter readings . An instant response to my initial call . All my queries were answered politely with great concern for the customer Easy to fill , well laid out registration forms , for new customers.

We heard you can reduce your bill by putting water butts around your house so no water goes into the sewer. Also you are looking after the environment by using rain water. Yorkshire Water have told us what we need to do are now are sending someone to approve it. Phone calls answered promptly and professionally.
